My first time as a new patient today. I was treated with such friendliness by the staff. Nice clean office. Mariah Barter helped with my dental exam. She made me feel at ease and,comfortable... I was cold, she gave me a blanket. Her personality kept me laughing. I can't wait to go back. Lykos was very thorough throughout my exam Thank you Lovett Dental
Definitely the worst place I've been to. So I called the number and the person that answers is not even from here and always says im not in the system and want to sign up. I have no choice but to drive there and make an appointment in person. Its set up and I get the text to confirm and then an hour later I get a text to confirm again for another time and then again for another time. I was confused and called and again someone Indian said they cant find me even when I get the texts to confirm and filled out the questions. Its the day of and I sign in and had to wait an hour before I get called up and then waited another hour to go to the back. The room smelled like body order. Then the person doing the root canal doesn't speak good English and gave me the worst experience by questioning me and making me uncomfortable. Then they couldnt get the mold for the crown right. Took what seemed like an hour and finally they were like see you in 2-3 weeks. I never got the call back and its been a month and two weeks. Plus I paid in full on the first visit so im sure I wont get a refund for the actual crown that I never got.
5 stars! There was a miscommunication when scheduling my first visit which led to a wasted trip, but other than that, an outstanding dental office. I have no insurance. I used a promotional offer for new patients where I got a full exam, x-rays, and a cleaning for FREE! No catch. No fine print. I couldn’t believe it. I called a bunch of places for quotes and no other dental office offered anything like that. And if I decide to get a filling done, the price is very reasonable, even without the 20% discount. It’s clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and it was overall a great experience.
I love this place!! Dr. Lykos is so gentle and is there for you if there are questions or concerns. She's always so gentle Mariah is always welcoming and makes you feel at ease. She's got a great sense of humor. I love her. On the serious side, Mariah is so meticulous and knowledgeable and passionate about her career. She's a keeper!
Dr.Lykos is great, she went into detail when it was time for the exam, Ashley the hygienist is very gentle and explained what she was doing when I had my cleaning done and the assistants were so sweet. Front desk girls are awesome, will be returning!
I’d love to review the actual dental care here, but unfortunately I’ve yet to experience it—because my appointments keep getting rescheduled like it’s a competitive sport. Maybe it’s because of a water shortage? At this point, who knows. The front desk staff? Let’s just say customer service seems to be more of a suggestion than a requirement. Phone conversations feel less like scheduling a visit and more like interrupting someone’s bad day. You’d think with a long list of dentists, getting an appointment wouldn’t be an issue. Surprisingly, it’s not—because there’s never a dentist actually available when the appointment comes around (especially the day before a scheduled appointment). At this point, I’m wondering why offer appointments at all if no one is there to keep them? Do yourself a favor and find a different dental office and don’t waste your time.
New patient. Lobby was clean and girls at the front desk were very nice. Affordable. Dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist were helpful in explaining everything and fixing my teeth issues. I will definitely be returning for cleanings and future work.
