It was a good visit. Since I'm a newer patient getting used to a new group after being with "1" dentist for over 20 yrs I'm adjusting. I'm glad using the waterpik twice a day along with brushing and flossing is maintaining my teeth. While I could get quite a few teeth crowned I'm timing it out. Healthcare and related are up for lots of updates/changes that will revolutionize, regenerate, and heal many conditions with less invasive procedures. Great office with wonderful staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist that takes their time with you and truly cares about your individual needs. Start to finish I was genuinely impressed with how caring every staff member was and for the quality of the services I received. I had a tooth pulled and I can honestly say it was as pleasant an experience as that can be. Highly recommend them for all those looking for a new dentist office.

Crystal Lake Dental Associates are the real deal. I have been coming here since September of 2025, and the staff has been nothing short of exemplary, patient, and friendly every step of the way. Throughout getting all of the work that was necessary, the plan to get my smile to where I wanted it to be was transparent, and reasonable. Dr.Daniel is hands down the best Dentist I have ever had in my entire life. His approach is masterful. Not only is he a kind and friendly man, he is fast, focuses on patient comfort above anything else, and he's quite funny. While I don't personally love going to the dentist, having someone like Dr.Daniel here makes everything feel that much better. If you need a dentist in the area, don't think twice, this place rocks. 10/10. From the front staff, the hygienists, and of course the dentists, this is an A+ team. I highly recommend giving them your business.

They say first impressions are everything. I'm pleased to say my first appointment (temporary crown) with Crystal Lake Dental Associates was an amazing first impression. Not only was i attended to immediately (Sarah), i instantly felt valued as a customer. Everyone was so nice and personable. You can tell they want to get to know you and want you to feel comfortable. Dr. Ho and his assistant (Lady) were exceptional in every facet. I would highly recommend the entire organization if you're ever in need of dental care. Two thumbs up!! God bless!!

Doctor dentist hygienist front desk everyone was very professional understanding & explained everything to me for my recommended dental treatment.
