North Decatur Dentistry

Several years ago i chose this location North Decatur Rd because it was close to my job, but i continued making follow up appointments because of the expertise, the professionalism, kindness and friendliness displayed by the all of the Staff, the minute you walk into the office you, it would take a few minutes and you will be called back to be attended to. Dr. Felton is an amazing, Dentist, knowledgeable and extremely personable and makes you feel comfortable. She worked tirelessly to get me to be proud of my smile. Her assistant Brooklyn was so patient and passionate. She has such a calming demeanor, that puts any anxious patient at ease. Thank you guys and all the staff for your hard work and dedication, i’m truly grateful. I had a wonderful experience at North Decatur Dentistry and i encourage you to go get that experience also 🩷

Brandi was my hygienist. My experience With her was excellent. She is patient and thorough. I have been going to North Decatur dentistry for several years and Have really enjoyed this practice. I didn’t give it a five star because my favorite dentist who was there in the beginning is not there now however, the current dentist that examined me yesterday had a very pleasant personality. I just have not had much experience with her other than the normal quick check ups.

10/10 I truly recommend! My experience was top tier! I literally booked my appointment yesterday for an appointment today online with ease. The young lady up front Alicia was so pleasant from the time I walked in until the time I left. Shan took my x-rays and she was awesome with explaining the machines and what she was doing. My hygienist Jael was awesome! She was very informative about my findings and plan recommended. Dr. Felton awesome as well and very informative. The entire staff is very pleasant and truly made me feel at home and safe. I started part of my treatment same day and the care given was a breeze! They have a satisfied patient in me! If you’ve had bad and painful experiences with previous dentist like me, you need to come see Dr. Felton and staff! I promise they won’t disappoint! And cost is very reasonable too!

Been going to this dentist for about a year and I cannot recommend them enough. The staff always greets me with a smile and are very personable throughout the entire visit. I went quite sometime without seeing a dentist before deciding to come here. I was apprehensive about how my treatment plan's cost - one thing I love about them is they're never pushy and always willing to work with my budget. My teeth and gum health have dramatically improved since my first visit. Thank you Brandi and Dr. King!

This was my second visit to the office. I was skeptical at first about going to a new dentist, but my experience has been great. On my first visit, I felt thinks went great, but I was a brand new patient. Even though I may still be considered new, I had the same or maybe even better experience this time. Check in was a breeze. I didnt have to wait 15-30min after my appointment time to get checked in, I was checked in immediately and called back shortly after. I constantly see all employees wiping everything down and cleaning behind each use in community areas. They even have this cleaning system for the keyboard and mouse. I like the way they attend to you the entire time you're called to the back and not just leave you sitting and waiting in a room. Just like last time, they explain everything to you as they go and did not hesitate to answer my question when I was unfamiliar with a term or procedure. I felt well taken care of and that they do a thorough job. I highly recommend this office. Very clean Excellent customer service Really care about your teeth/health
