From my very first appointment with Dr. Janice, I knew I was in the best hands. She takes the time to personally customize each patient’s treatment plan to achieve the best possible results, and her attention to detail truly shows. The office is modern and state of the art, and the members of the staff are genuinely kind and caring. Today I completed my treatment, and I am absolutely over the moon with my new smile :) I couldn’t be happier with my results. If you’re considering orthodontic treatment, I cannot recommend Dr. Janice and her wonderful team highly enough. They have exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for the care I received. Dr. Allen was my orthodontist in NY. I just moved to Fl a few months ago and after meeting with drs here, no one compared to Dr. Allen. I was willing to fly back to NY to see her and was thrilled to find out she too had made the move to Florida! This dr is superior because of her training and experience with Invisalign. She has the latest technology and her skills are superior. to all the other doctors I had consulted. This doctor actually writes the script for Invisalign! The other doctors wait for a computer to tell them about the treatment protocol. Big difference! Dr. Allen doesn’t just look at straightening your teeth, she looks at the jaw, and how everything is moving and working to keep it aligned. I can’t say enough about this doctor! She’s the absolute best in her profession! Thank you Dr. Allen!

Dr. Allen and her team are A M A Z I N G! So throughout and reassuring on every step of the process. I’ve barely had any hiccups with my invisalign treatment; it’s practically spot on every single visit. I was originally told I would not be an ideal candidate for invisalign treatment and that I would need to do braces due to the gap in my front teeth from a previous consultation, and Dr. Allen immediately reassured me and worked with me on the entire process to achieve the smile I always wanted! The visits are short and sweet, but also personal that you can confide in the team to address your concerns whenever you have them. They’re also always super responsive. Since the first day, I have had nothing but pure confidence and comfort with the team and process. I am so glad I made the choice to come to Delray Orthodontics… if I could do it all over again, I would come here every single time!! Dr. Janet Stoess-Allen is extremely skilled, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. She implemented the best tools to help me achieve my amazing smile through Invisalign alone after over a year of treatment with another provider that couldn’t quite get me to the result I desired. She was very diligent and I am obsessed with my smile! I always am asked if I have veneers or composite l etc and I am please to report and recommend Dr. Janet’s specialized care and attention to detail. I had a diastema that wouldn’t close and was very stubborn and now my teeth touch perfectly after treatment and with the help of a permanent retainer. The office is also conveniently located on Atlantic Ave near a free parking garage. The office is stunningly clean and new, you know that you’re in good hands. My only qualm is about non orthodontic care team. I have been rescheduled incessantly or my care has been delayed for teeth whitening for over 6months with no action for recourse or concessions just flaccid “apologies” and then more rescheduling or NO CONTACT AT ALL to follow up on getting me the treatment that I am owed. So now it is March and I finished treatment in August, I still have not received teeth whitening. Disappointed to say the least, this definitely needs to be improved as I see this as a major deterrent as with any follow ups you’re dealing directly with that staff that can’t seem to get scheduling right.

I had an emergency with a broken permanent retainer that was causing real discomfort, and they went out of their way to fit me in immediately. They truly expedited everything to make sure I was seen and taken care of without delay. Dr. Allen was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. Not only did she address the immediate issue, but he recommended a course of treatment that was significantly better than the orthodontic care I originally received back home. I genuinely felt like I was in expert hands from start to finish. The staff was just as impressive. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and clearly committed to patient care.
