Primary Dental

They used to have a Hispanic Chicano lady in the front. She was amazing. Always stayed on top of calling assurances and see what's approved. Since she's left, I feel like I've been charged twice over things that I've doubled with triple check before going in for the appointments. Not just that then they blind side of me in front of my wife and children trying to embarrass me in front of them to pay a bill and unfortunately the pressure worked and I coughed about 50 bucks for something that I didn't even know anything about. To other people to do better. Dr. Chatty makes a lot of money. His practice should be more honest

I really like this office I feel real comfortable with the people that wrk there. There very nice & took real good care me. It’s a clean pretty office. I’m so excited for my next visit and that’s a feeling I’ve never had going to dentist. Happy happy I found you , I’m excited to see me smile. Thank you Zoey Ruiz

Not at all what I would expect, anywhere. The staff is aware and sensitive to different issues that may present in kiddos. We had a previous medical trauma and absolutly could not work with any male personnel. I simply mentioned it and briefly explained the situation. They were understanding and adjusted instantly. Going forward we were scheduled to accommodate our needs. But that is not where it ends. I don't know if it was intentional or just coincidence but what happened was incredible. Gently and gradually they actually helped us work through the trauma and we can now work with any member of the staff. Thank you, Primary Dental. You have truly changed our life.

She’s truly an asset to the practice. Dr. Chad was fantastic as always, providing top-notch care with his expertise and friendly demeanor. Primary Dental is truly exceptional. Dr. Chad is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I am very particular about my teeth and about the providers I trust, and it took me a long time to find the right fit. I’ve now been a patient for over two years and cannot say enough good things. He has corrected dental work from previous dentists and I completely trust his recommendations, skill, and attention to detail. The dental hygienist is incredibly thorough and meticulous with cleanings, which I really value. The front desk team is always warm, accommodating, and highly communicative, making every visit seamless from start to finish. For the first exam, they use advanced technology I had never experienced before, including not only traditional X-rays but full 3D imaging of your teeth. It truly sets them apart. I confidently refer all of my family and friends here. If you’re looking for a dentist you can fully trust, this is the place.
