Honest review: I was a bit hesitant to go because years ago, I needed to search for a new dentist after mine, whom was great, retired. I obtained a new dentist that people recommended, and they too retired, and sold the business, and that new dentist not only cracked my tooth, but claimed I needed 3 crowns (what??). I did not feel comfortable and needed to get out of there. So once again, the search began. Many friends and family recommended Hal and Adam Kimowitz, so I decided to give this a try and made an appointment. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist was so nice and very and honest about my dental health. Then it was time to meet the dentist. To my dismay, it was not Hal or Adam, but a dentist, whom looked fresh out of dental school (John?). He was very nice and took a look, and nothing about needing 3 crowns (my wallet felt relief!), but I was a bit taken back about not meeting the "famous" dentists everyone was raving about. After I left, I was sent a survey, which, I normally do not do, but felt, why not, I don't want to go down this road again of not understanding who my dentists is, etc. and just shared that I felt a bit slighted that I didn't get a meet the Hal or Adam. I'm not exaggerating, but with in minutes, Dr. (ADAM) KIMOWITZ PERSONALLY CALLED ME!! What Dr. in this current world DOES THAT??? NO ONE! I was floored. He was so apologetic and explained he had a dental emergency to attend to and send his associate instead (whom honestly was great as well), and I shared my previous experience with my dental journey, hence my comments on the survey. Just wow. I am still in shock on their attention to their clients and it gives me such hope - that yes - there are Doctors out there that do care about their patients! Needless to say, I am so so happy my friends and family recommended this group. Keep up the great work everyone, it is much appreciated!
