I came here with my mom and so glad I met doctor saoud. My mom doesn’t speak much English and doctor saoud was so accommodating and spoke Spanish with her. The best is when he played music while doing the work and everything came out amazing. She needed a lot of work and honestly it was worth every dollar bc she feels so much more confident in her smile and is eating better

Of my many visits to this office, Dr. Saoud and his staff have done any and everything to accommodate me along with making me feeling welcomed and comfortable. Due to my negligence, I had to get a lot of work done. Dr worked with my schedule, spent 3 hours and restored my mouth to a temporary status till my molds came in. My last 3 visits after, we did extensive work to make sure all molds were perfect to a T. Before he does anything, Dr. Saoud would tell me what he was about to do and why he’s doing. Frequent asks if I’m okay or need a rinse. Takes care of his patients. The staff is beyond friendly which is a reflection of the Dr, if the staff is happy that means their boss treats them marvelously. Highly recommend for a visit if you’re looking for friendly and educational service.

I had a very disappointing experience at my previous dental office, so I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before scheduling my procedure. I spoke with the office manager beforehand, and she took the time to address all of my concerns. She assured me that there would be no hidden fees and that their billing process was completely transparent. After that conversation, I felt comfortable moving forward with my appointment. I’m so glad I did! I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Saoud and his assistant, Alejandra. They were both professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the excellent care and transparency from the entire team.

I’ve had many dental problems over the years, some caused by a few incompetent dentists. Fortunately, I found Dr. Napoli, and he has been phenomenal. He truly knows what he’s doing, and his treatment has gone exactly as he predicted. I’m extremely happy with the results and the care I’ve received. I’d also like to mention the friendly and professional staff, especially the very helpful office manager, Bouchra. Everyone has made the experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Napoli and his team!

Just had an exam and cleaning and honestly the whole process was very efficient. I’ve been coming for years and it’s always easy and no hassle. Dr Saoud was very easy to talk to and was able to take pics with a small camera and show me everything that was needed with ease and why it happened and how to treat it. Majority of the time I get a clean bill of health but anytime i need anything he’s able to explain it very simply. They were able to show me everything that the insurance covered and didnt and were very clear about everything. The best part was he played very good music that was able to somewhat block the sound of the drill lol! I only needed one filling and the whole process went as good as any dental visit I had! What an amazing experience here with Dr. Saud. It's been a long time (if ever) that I've received such attentive, friendly and thorough dental care.
