I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Aaron Baird and his entire team. As a Veteran who suffered injuries in Afghanistan, including damage to my teeth, I came in not just needing dental work, but hoping to regain something I had lost. From the very first visit, Dr. Baird treated me with genuine respect, patience, and care. He took the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What stood out the most is that he didn’t just treat my teeth, he truly cared about me as a person. The level of professionalism and precision in his work is outstanding. He completely restored my smile, and with it, a sense of confidence I hadn’t felt in a long time. That’s something I don’t take lightly. His staff is just as incredible, friendly, and always professional. The entire office creates an environment where you feel valued and at ease. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, I highly recommend Dr. Baird. What he did for me goes far beyond dentistry, it made a real difference in my life. Thank you Dr. Baird :)

I could not be any more grateful for this team! From the front desk to the assistants to the doctor himself- I feel incredibly taken care of here I can't tell you how many dentist and dental surgeons I vetted until I was referred to Eagle River Hearing so many horror stories about dental implants And all the things that can go wrong… My nerves were skyrocketing… The second I walked into this office and was greeted by the sweet Receptionists, adorable coffee bar and even my kiddo felt comfortable and happy here with there giant toy chest! I've been here a few times between my consultation for my implants, Cleaning and exams, The surgery itself and a follow up to make sure everything is in place! Well worth the price and actually very comparable with the going rate for the implant procedure. Sidenote… They are so personable that the backing of my earring fell out and they searched high and low for it… Even the doctor did! I'm just so amazed by their personal touch, professionalism and how kind they are! If I could give them 10 stars out of five I would!

Dr. Baird is hands down the best, kindest, MOST CARING dentist I have ever seen. I had a tooth extracted, instead of a crown because money is tight. He never pushed me into something more expensive, and was so understanding. I was extremely anxious, and he made me feel so comfortable, and his assistant Nichole was also the best. I won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Baird and the staff at Eagle River Smiles are all very friendly and professional. I recently started having my routine cleanings done at this office and was impressed with how gentle and knowledgeable the hygiene staff were. I would highly recommend this office for anyone who is in need of dental work!

Dr. Baird's dental office has been fantastic. For someone who gets anxiety visiting the dentist this office does a great job making me feel comfortable. The front office is super welcoming and accommodating with schedules. The hygienist does a great job of keeping conversation during your visit. Dr. Baird does a great job getting patients in during urgent situations to take care of dental needs. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a new dentist. They are great!
