I've been a patient for over 26 years and have nothing but the very best to say about Dr. Heide. He is not only very caring and compassionate, he is extremely professional and honest. I trust his medical opinion and he always took the very best care of me. My three children also have been patients of Dr. Heide because I knew he would be the best dentist for them. He explains everything he does and why, always reassuring the patient. We feel genuinely comfortable every time we go see Dr. Heide for a checkup or any tooth issue. His hygienist and wife, Arlene, is the nicest lady you will ever meet! She has a great sense of humor and I find myself always leaving with a great smile on my face! I'm so thankful that I and my family are Dr. Heide's patients!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Heide's office over the past 15 years and have never had anything close to a complaint. They are some of the most respectful, kind, and caring people you will ever meet. They always explain everything that they are going to do in depth before doing the work. They give solid reasons why the dental work needs to be done and always are patient and helpful if you have any questions. I would recommend anyone to the office of Dr. Heide with enthusiasm. Edit: During the COVID pandemic, they are clearly taking every precaution to ensure the safest treatment possible, which I appreciated greatly during my visit.

Extremely pleased with Dr Heide’s services. With Much professionalism and expertise he set up A game plan after having my braces removed (2 1/2 yrs I had them on) to place a beautiful 3/4 crown on my front tooth that looks like my original tooth and matched the color of my teeth after he performed a bleach whitening treatment on my teeth that I always wanted . Now my teeth are beautiful and pearly white .I can smile again with confidence ! He and his lovely wife Arlene are kind and patient . They make a great team and have a nice and clean practice. I strongly recommend him if you are looking for a top of the line Dentist! Very gentle with his hands and he explains everything in detail before he performs his work. Rarely felt any pain or discomfort with the various processes he performed on my teeth. My husband uses him too and I even switched dentist for my Two teenagers from Dr Penny Resnick in Tuckahoe to him. Could not be happier !!😁👍

I have been going to Dr. Heide for over ten years as well as my husband. When I moved my 94 year old motherinlaw to Scarsdale two years ago she too became a patient. Dr. Heide is not only a great dentist but he is a very kind individual. He never recommends unnecessary treatment and if there is something that he feels would be better served by a specialist he is the first to refer you. I also like that his wife Arlene is his hygienist. It is a family business and therefore I feel a lot more care is taken with their patients. And if you are afraid of needles......I can honestly say that you never feel a needle from Dr Heide! I highly recommend this practice. Maria Benlian

Both Dr Heide and his lovely wife Arlene work very well together. They take that extra time to explain everything with details and patience. Cleanings are great due to Arlene’s gentle hands. The atmosphere of the office is very peaceful with soft music and cleanness and never have to wait to be seen.
