My hygienist is is great. She always makes me comfortable before jumping into a cleaning. And she is very thorough. Betty is the best!

Dr. Kaleka and Roxanna replaced two crowns yesterday and the whole experience was seamless and excellent. Everything was explained as each task was performed, from start to finish. The crowns were made on the spot in their office so no need for any temporary crowns, just a waiting period while the crowns were being made. The appointment was booked for three hours and was completed within three hours. I felt completely taken care of and best of all I had no pain at any point! Doctor and staff operate with professionalism and care. I am so glad to have found Kaleka Dental!

The first bright smile and helpfully person you will see is Janie. One of my favorite dental assistant is Shavona, this girl is fantastic. And my Dentist Dr Kalika is the BEST. Very patient and pleasant. Let me tell you, I have been afraid of dentist all my life. Now I'm not nervous or anxious every time I have an appointment, matter of a fact I look forward to beautiful results with every experience.

After 8 years with a dentist I adored, I moved to the area and hoped this referred office would be my new dental home. Unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. First, scheduling is difficult and there is a long wait. Second, I booked a standard cleaning, but no one warned me about a lengthy intake process for new patients that would interfere with my workday. Apparently, the first appointment is 2 hours (instead of just 1 hour). When I asked to proceed with the cleaning and return later for X-rays (due to my work schedule), they flat-out refused. I still tried to work with them to reschedule but they wanted me to wait weeks. This place is just not worth it. Although the front desk had nice people, it feels very corporate and impersonal. I prefer the hometown dentist vibe. Anyway, there are so many other dentists in this great city, I am just disappointed I spent so much time waiting on this one.

I was a patient at Dr. Ferradas and was transferred to this dentist. I was unaware that they would no longer take my dental insurance after the transfer. Communication on their end would have been nice before agreeing to services and getting charged for a cleaning plus fillings. Going in for my initial cleaning and x-rays, there was no mention that they were now out of network. I was given a document to sign for my restorative treatment, but I was not given a copy physically or electronically. This resulted in paying $350 for fillings at Kaleka, plus $250 for X-rays and a cleaning and an additional cost of $420 for fillings towards my insurer. All because no one mentioned they were out of network due to the merge/ location change. Not only that, but I wasn’t impressed by my new dentist. She was condescending when I was surprised at the fact that I had cavities after being cavity free for the past 6 years. This dentist office claims that they honor transparency, but it sounds like they just want to cash in on patients. For me, communication is a big part of patient care and this dentist office failed at that. Bedside manner, clear treatment plans, and honest communication regarding coverage are all things they can work on.

The service here is great! I'm seen minutes after i check in. My dental hygienist is awesome. I get great service, clean teeth, and fast turnaround appts with no aggressive upselling like other offices. Couldnt recommend enough

The whole team at Kaleka Dental is amazing. Every single person I interacted with was friendly. They were timely and so helpful. I’m glad to say I finally found a dentist that I don’t dread going to!
