Dr. Snyder and staff are amazing and friendly! I’m a newer patient that needed a lot of work done, I’ve had a handful visits already and they always make sure you’re comfortable while in the chair! He’s the only dentist I’ve gone back to multiple times and will continue to do so! Would highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr Snyder and his staff for years now....I have never had a complaint....they are an awesome group. I plan on staying with them....because I trust them.
Dr. Snyder is my favorite dentist. I have been going to him for years. He and I have been through adult braces and a dental implant. He is always pleasant to talk with and he makes me feel safe and comfortable in the chair. I’d highly recommend him!
Where to begin. We have been going to Snyder for years. We picked him because of the great reviews on Google (which are only there because he bribes his patients with giveaways for 5 star reviews) and he took our insurance. We really started to notice how bad the dental work was once our daughter got her first cavities. She had one tooth that he tried to fill 5-6 times. Every filling kept falling out. Some would last a week or fall out within days. Our daughter has always been great at getting dental work but the constant need for getting refilled slowly made her terrified. The last time we went was traumatic for both of us. He had tried to fill the tooth so many times that this time he had to numb her- mind you, no offer of laughing gas first... Straight needle into her mouth. After this, one of her fillings fell out again several months later, I refused to take her back there and went to a pediatric dentist. They were very surprised he kept trying to fill the same cavities. She now has to get over $1000 of more dental work to fix everything he has done... 3 crowns- 1 of them on the tooth that was done 5-6 times, one where they have to go back in and correctly get all the cavity out because he didn't, and the one that just had a filling come out. He messed up her tooth that he did several times so bad she may have to get it pulled or get a baby root canal. If we would have done a crown the first time, her tooth would be fine. I also specifically said, are you sure there isn't a cavity on the tooth next to the one you keep filling (pretty sure his drilling caused the indent)... No no no, we don't see it. Well the pediatric dentist sees it. And that's just my daughter. I have one crown that fell out after 10 years from a previous dentist. I went to him to get it replaced. The first crown he did felt fine for the bite but was a huge food trap. So much so, it was causing my teeth to be sensitive because it was hard to get all the food out even with flossing. So, he did another one. This one is STILL a food trap. I have to floss after I eat anything to make sure all the food is out. I'm only giving the business 3 stars because the hygentists are great. They can't seem to get the billing estimates correctly as they have tried to overcharge several times- the last time I called insurance for something that insurance didn't pay for, insurance said the dentist isn't even allowed to charge for the filling because it was the same one done 8 months ago. Do yourself a favor and don't bring your kids here. I am hoping he didn't ruin the dentist for my daughter permanently. We have spent so much time and unnecessarily putting our daughter through filling after filling to find out that pediatric dentists don't even recommend fillings because baby teeth don't hold them very well.
My son always has a good time at Dr. Snyder’s. That should be enough said right? The hygienists are fantastic and make him feel comfortable regardless of what he’s having done. I’m also a patient and this is the first dentist I’ve had since my pediatric dentist that I’ve gone to more than twice.
I needed an emergency fix for a tooth while I was on the road, just passing through Elkhart. I found this office online with awesome reviews, so I gave them a call. I was able to get in right away and all's good! The dr was great and the staff friendly and the final charge was reasonable. Highly recommend!
Another great visit at Dr. Synder’s office. Dr. Snyder and his staff are great and make you feel very comfortable. I wish I could give them more than 5 Stars for their outstanding customer service!
