I wish I could leave 0 stars. Where do I even begin? First of all I went in for a cleaning which ended up taking TWO AND A HALF HOURS. Yes it has been a year since I got my teeth cleaned last but that does not validate a two hour long cleaning. For 30 minutes of those two and a half hours I sat and waited because their X-Ray machine wasn’t working. This was the most painful cleaning I have had in my life, I felt like Willy Wonka in the scene from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory where his dentist father rips all his teeth out of his head, but that’s not even the most horrifying part. Dr.RedFearn came in and proceeded to tell me I have 8 cavities (which has never happened in my life), bash my orthodontist for allowing me to get retainers to straighten my teeth, and honestly make me feel absolutely horrible about myself to the point where I was almost in tears. He then told me I needed three fillings immediately, to stop using my retainers that have cost my family thousands of dollars, and that my wisdom teeth needed to be removed because they don’t allow for teeth movement (by the way this is completely false, your wisdom teeth have no affect on how your teeth are able to move when wearing braces or in my case retainers). The fillings were due to cost me $400 with insurance and $2000 without. Obviously I was freaking out so I scheduled appointments with them to get them filled. Well today, after chatting with my orthodontist who I have gone to for over a year and trust very much, I decided to go to a trust worthy dentist to get a second opinion. Guess what? I have two cavities out of the 8 I was told that I have. I was then told that without my insurance these fillings would only cost me $300 a reasonable price compared to the $2000 I was told about at Dr.Redfearns office. What was your plan here Dr.Redfearn? To get me to stop my retainers, spend thousands of dollars to “fix” problems that weren’t there just so you could ploy me into using your Invisalign plan and suck even more money out of me? SHAME ON THIS PLACE FOR FEAR MONGERING YOUNG ADULTS INTO DECISIONS THAT COULD DESTROY THE QUALITY OF THEIR TEETH. This place is a sloppy excuse for a dental office, in-fact it’s a front for scamming customers into spending thousands of dollars on procedures they don’t need. I am very upset that I was taken advantage of at this office and to anyone who is trying to find a dentist I urge you to run as fast as you possibly can away from this place. TEN THOUSAND NEGATIVE stars for this place, absolutely horrifying experience.

Alexia and Makayla were very friendly and kind during my appointment. Dr Redfearn was so nice and flexible in helping me out with insurance issues. Awesome people and lovely office!

I had a frustrating experience that was met with respect and professionalism by Dr. Redfearn and his team. Due to that and the other pleasant experiences I've had there with fillings and cleanings done, I can say this is a dentist worth going to. Those are hard to find these days.

Julie, my dental hygienist is absolutely friendly, kind and great at her job! Dr. Redfearn is amazing! He gives great care and is sincere in helping his patients.

I’ve been coming to fit a smile for a few years now. I love the office. Professional, nice and courteous. Dr. Redfearn always takes the time to listen. The dental hygienists are good what they do. My last cleaning, Julie obviously knew the ins and outs of her industry took the time to give me recommendations. Ask questions, answered questions. I would highly recommend asking for her.

I have been going for my dental care to fit to smile for the last 3 years and they are great. Friendly staff. Competent. A great place to have all your dental work done. My hygienist has been Julie who is very friendly and does a great job. Thanks so much to Dr. Redfern and all of his staff for providing a great service.

What a great experience! The office got me in quickly and started right away, which made it easy to get to work on time afterward. The whole team was wonderful, and my hygienist, Julie, was especially impressive—gentle, thorough, and incredibly informative. Dr. Ryan Redfearn and his staff are amazing. The environment is clean and welcoming. His staff is welcoming and personable and they are helpful when needing to schedule or reschedule an appointment. Dr. Redfearn takes the time to explain the whys for treatments and recommendations. He makes me feel like he understands how I am feeling. My 18 year old daughter went into her appointment herself today for her cleaning and they made her feel comfortable with transitioning to care for her needs herself, and always makes our whole family feel like we are people and not just numbers.
