TLDR: They will do more work than necessary and charge you/insurance for procedures you don't need. 5 star ratings are from in office raffle system. Got told my insurance wouldn't cover anything, was given the "cash price" for the "multiple cavities" I had. As well as that my crown was in needing of being replaced. Decided to go to a different dentist with same insurance got told no cavities and crown was good still, as well as insurance would cover the appointment/xrays/etc. Been back to the dentist multiple times since no issues still. On top of that got a bill in the mail over a year later for the exam. Called the office multiple times every time I got told my name was taken down and I would receive a call. Never happened took me 7+ calls and over 3 months of call and wait to hear back to finally get in touch with the manager, not because I was called but because I started voicing frustration to the front desk people. Manager was rude and when the issues I had were brought up, she just kept saying "ok we are on the phone now so how would you like to handle this." Just a terrible experience. Reduced the BS charges just to get me to pay it. Decided to be done and pay them the reduced amount. Will never go back or recommend.

Great Dr. Front desk gal is nice however I must stress to please send your treatment plans to your insurance company for review prior to agreeing to any treatment here. The treatment planner in the back tells you crowns are not covered by your insurance but they are. Please please please check with your insurance prior to starting treatment, you could be saving yourself a significant amount of money. Zirconia crowns were covered by my insurance and was told they did not. Nice Dr but not enough for me to stay and pay more.

I highly recommend this place! After not going to the dentist for many years I was terrified about making an appointment but they are friendly and helpful. Dr. Maitham is AMAZING! He is very gentle and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your results. Additional staff who are very good are Elizabeth and Zandra. I am very happy with all my dental care here. 👍

My husband and I have been patients of this office for over 8 years and it is always a positive experience. I had a little trouble getting a hold of the office manager regarding questions about my treatment plan, but once I was able to speak to her it was great. The assistant Elizabeth is fantastic, super kind and patient. The whole staff is fabulous and I love Dr. Raza.

Very nice staff. Explains things very effectively. Updates you on any plans or changes. I was surprised they attended me so fast. Really no wait. Doctor is very attentive as well as the hygienist. They make conversation and connection with you. I would recommend best dentists in Escondido.

Most attentive staff I have dealt with at a dentistry. The facility is always clean and organized. I stopped going elsewhere because I just felt much more comfortable here. I have always gotten adequate help. And I’d like to mention that Dr. Reza is stellar! He personally followed up on a procedure to ensure I was well.
