This office runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone is thoughtful and really nice. They are quite knowledgeable. Altogether a positive experience.

Sarah is the best. She talks about her puppy but no pictures? Really. I will expect pictures in March.

I had a new hygienist last visit and she was fantastic! Very gentle and thorough. They always do a great job - very tentative.

Appointments were clearly scheduled, procedures started and finished on time, EFD's staff were personally good to interact with, and the completed work was, as far as I can tell, excellent.

I will always give Eugene Family Dental 5 stars! I cannot say one negative thing about their office or any person in their office. I’m a grown woman absolutely terrified about going to the dentist and they’ve been so great with me that blood pressure doesn’t even get high when I go anymore!

Excellent service, friendly people, nice views (video , hummingbirds, open space, oh my!)…oh yes, music, pictures, a puzzle (the surfaces of the teeth are smoothed), and a goodie bag. And I like the landscaping in front!

Dr. Thomas and his staff are top notch. Dr. Thomas is clam, mild mannered and has a great chair side manner, which is so important in dentistry. He is gentle and has created a relaxing atmosphere in his office. The staff are friendly, the technicians and hygienists are experienced and knowledgeable. They put effort into knowing their patients and not just treating them. I also come from a 20 year dental background and would highly recommend Dr. Thomas for any dental needs you have.
