Nice clean Office great facility and Dr. Bergeron is the best.

I’ve had my NTI night guard appliance for a few weeks now, and it has been amazing! I’ve noticed a significant reduction in teeth grinding, migraines, and TMJ discomfort. The team at Fairbanks Dental Center made the entire process smooth and stress-free—they were communicative, easygoing, and as always, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend both the NTI device and this wonderful office!

I had an appointment today with Fairbanks Dental Clinic. In the past I have had some unpleasant experiences with dentists, so I anxiety was very high. The staff listened to all of my concerns and made my experience pleasant. Dr. Whetsell and Allison Harp was who I saw today ☺️☺️☺️. They both were very nice, caring, calm and made me feel better about my visit. I will be continuing my dental care with Dr. Whetsell and Fairbanks Dental Clinic.

Coming from a person who is terrified to go to the dentist. This doctor and his staff made me so comfortable. Him and his staff listened to all my unrealistic fears. And didn’t treat me like a weenie. I was so impressed. I will be taking my whole family to Fairbanks dental!

So, for the very first time being seen there, I was less than thrilled. I'm pretty sure that when I scheduled this appointment, I specifically scheduled with the Dental Hygienist I'd seen the last several times I'd been there. I understand that staff leave and have schedule changes all the time. And I have no criticism of the woman who was my Hygienist today. But the person performing the cleaning today was not who I'd scheduled with. Further, when I got there, she said I was due for X-Rays. I questioned her, stating that I was pretty sure recent X-Rays had been taken. As recently as my previous appointment, even. At the end of the visit, she apologized, saying that I had NOT been scheduled for an Exam today. I'm wondering if I was charged for it, as I should not have been. Please have Dr. Bast call me when she gets back in town.
