It’s frustrating when you schedule an appointment 6 months out, are called to confirm, and did. Then the day of the appointment we were told to come in earlier, because the hygienist needed to leave early. This was very inconvenient. I schedule my kids at the same time because I don’t like being at the dentist office for two hours. Then the hygienist took an appointment at the time we had. Unprofessional. Makes me feel like I don’t matter. Not great.

The staff were incredibly professional & polite. Tina did an amazing with my cleaning & was very friendly! Chad did a great job with recommendations & was not at all pushy. Needless to say, I found my new home for dental work!

I had an excellent experience during my dental cleaning appointment! Mikayla, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful! She’s gentle, thorough, and very friendly. She made the entire cleaning comfortable and explained everything clearly along the way. Dr. DeBates is the best! He’s professional, kind, and always makes patients feel at ease. He saved me some money this time 😂. The whole team including the receptionists are welcoming, and the office was clean, organized, and efficient. My teeth feel amazing afterward! I have already recommended many of my Filipino friends to go to this clinic because I’m one very satisfied patient. Highly recommend this team for outstanding dental care!

As most people I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist but this place is top notch. My hygienist, Bridget is friendly, gentle and eases any anxiety I may have. The rest of the staff is very warm and welcoming as well! I’ve been going here for years and would never go elsewhere.

I brought my teenage son here as a transfer from a pediatric dentist and we couldn’t be happier with the experience and the care provided by the hygienist and Dr. Althoff. They were both friendly and so easy to talk to. I appreciated that I wasn’t pressured into services that aren’t needed. I’ll be switching my whole family to Dr. Althoff. Thanks for making us feel so comfortable.

I had a fantastic experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. The hygienist was incredibly sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. When it came time for the exam, the doctor was amazing—they were so thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a team that is both this professional and this kind. I highly recommend them!
