Wonderful experience as always! Thank you to the lady who cleaned my teeth and educated me about avoiding gum disease. Also thank you to Kayla and Dr. Francis for taking such good care of me and my daughter!

I had a very frustrating experience with this office. I had a 9:00 AM appointment that was confirmed via email. Despite dealing with a family emergency the night before and being up all night, I still made the effort to show up, driving 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived, I was told there was no hygienist available and that I must have been mistaken. I showed them my appointment confirmation, but instead of acknowledging the error, I felt like I was being blamed for something that clearly wasn’t my fault. Mistakes happen,I understand that. But the way this was handled at the front desk was disappointing. There was no real accountability or empathy, which made an already difficult day even worse. Because of this experience, I will be finding another dentist office. I hope the office improves both its scheduling processes and how it communicates with patients when issues come up.

Wow! What a great experience! I accidentially went to their office (mistaking their office for my new patient appointment down the hall). They were so kind and helped me locate my actual provider. When I went to my scheduled appointment at the original office I found out that they wouldn't take my insurance. I went back the SALD and asked if they would take my insurance, and sure enough...they did! The best part of this whole crazy experience...they got me in right away to resolve my issue AND a cleaning! The staff and dentist are incredibly kind and sincere. I highly recommend making this office your place for dental needs!

I had a great experience at this office. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately). The X-ray technician was quick and efficient. Amanda, the hygienist, did an excellent job and was very thorough. The doctor was also very nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall, a very positive visit!

I had a very honest and professional experience at this office. The doctor took the time to explain that while fillings are sometimes covered by insurance, repeating the same treatment after it has already failed isn’t always predictable or in the patient’s best interest. I appreciated that they focused on long-term durability rather than quick fixes. They were transparent about insurance being determined by the insurance company—not the office—and even encouraged confirming details directly so everyone was aligned. What stood out most was their refusal to keep doing something they knew wouldn’t last, just to satisfy a request. The care, materials, and communication were excellent. I felt the recommendations were based on what would actually work long term, not profit. I would recommend this office to anyone who values honesty and quality dentistry.

My husband and I had our first visit after hearing great things from family members. We had a great experience. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The Dr. was so kind and really took his time answering my questions. Amanda also did amazing with our cleanings and helped ease my anxiety. Highly recommend!
