Good experience - Great staff - I enjoyed meeting the whole team for my very first visit as a new patient!

Extremely hostile staff, refuses to listen over the phone and hangs up when you try and correct them. On the other hand, I went in for a cavity filling. The doctor filled it, a year and a half or two later it FELL OUT leaving me in excruciating pain. He had told me that the drilling left it very close to the nerve and it may hurt, which was fine. I called and they said he only covers his work for part of a year, and that they wouldn't extract the tooth, they would only root canal and crown it, which I couldn't afford. I have fillings that have lasted decades, never had one fall out after a couple of years (it was also really sharp in my mouth,the filling) They has also neglected to ask if I had insurance before, then when I told them I did, said their system was down and couldn't run it. They said they would run it in the morning. They never did and then tried to tell me I owed them money for the visit as if out of pocket due to their error. I was excited to find out the dentist here went to uni in my home town of Philly, but I have been very disappointed. It's like my father always said (he worked at UPenn dental) there are A dentists and then there are C dentists...

Did work on me I didn’t ask for and insurance wouldn’t cover. I was clear I didn’t want any work done insurance wouldn’t cover and he did anyway. I paid when I left, then they send me another bill for $49.50… I have always paid before I left, and they have ALWAYS sent me another bill after the fact saying insurance wouldn’t cover everything. I will never go back to this place and encourage you to look elsewhere for your dentistry work.

Every visit I have been treated with such care and compassion I recommend everyone see Dr. Wall he is an amazing man thank you Signature Smile!

They helped me in a dental emergency with much patience, understanding with much concern. I am so blessed to have had gotten the help I needed with much kindness. They will now be my permanent dentist!

Loved everything about the experience within the office. The dental assistant was very nice, explained everything she was going to do, gentle but quick. Dentist was nice, quick & efficient with his final check. Front desk ladies were nice as well. The look and feel of the office was nice and open, smelled good too. The parking lot SUCKS especially if you drive a larger vehicle like myself.

I’m always surprised at how much the staff actually speak to one another often times in business the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. They are always pleasant and helpful as well as willing to listen so the problem can be corrected. They will work with and your schedule to the best of their abilities.

Dr. Wall and his staff were wonderful!!! They made my first experience feel like I was at home. My dentist of 30+ years recently retired and I had to find a new one and was very nervous. They made me feel right at home and was very explanatory with all the things they do at your regular cleaning. Highly recommend!!
