I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my experience with this dentist, Dr. A. After undergoing dental work that left me with significant issues, including two crowns that do not fit properly and an inability to close my mouth comfortably or correctly, I expected some level of accountability and a willingness to resolve the problems. Instead of addressing the improperly sized crowns, adjustments were made to other teeth in an attempt to compensate, which, in my experience, only made matters worse. What I find most troubling is how the situation was ultimately handled. When I raised concerns about the ongoing problems, rather than working toward a solution, the dentist abruptly ended our professional relationship, stating that our business was concluded. I am now left dealing with the consequences of dental work that has significantly affected my bite, with no resolution from the dentist who performed it. I trusted this practice with my dental care, and the outcome has been incredibly disappointing. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dentist and would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment here.

Dr. Banks is very dedicated to his work and responsible in his patient care. The procedure he performed was difficult and time-consuming because it involved an old implant that had broken. Furthermore, that implant was made in another country, which added to the challenges. Even so, he found the best solution, and I now have my new implant. I greatly appreciate his patience and professionalism.

I came to Dr. Banks at Florham Park Dental Excellence about a year ago with a locked jaw and an infection brewing inside. (Needless to say, things had gone terribly wrong elsewhere). He approached my case with knowledge, experience, professionalism, concern for my well-being, and he even sprinkled in a little humor. Through out the last year, he has treated and overseen my dental needs with precision and clear guidance. Today, I am in a much better place and I have my old smile back! I can’t recommend this practice enough. Dr. Banks is excellent, but so is the entire staff. Appointments run smoothly, billing is honest and upfront, the dental hygienists are skilled and personable, the receptionists friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad I stumbled across this gem of a practice!

Sure, Dr. Banks is fantastic - he loves what he does and he shows it with the care that goes into his work. But his staff is fantastic as well. Just had a cleaning with Taylor (new to the practice) and she was incredibly thorough, patient and told me what she was doing along the way. Love them all and always feel comfortable going there.
