I had a wonderful experience at Premier Smile from check in, Gigi dental assistant, Alex dental hygienist and Drs. Kumar and Johnson. Everyone was professional and kind. Each person thoroughly explained the whole process and the rationale for each recommendation. I have never had such a thorough dental evaluation and cleaning. I would highly recommend this practice to all!!

First of all the entire staff here is professional and extremely welcoming, Dr. Charmaine Johnson took the time to explain everything about my visit in detail, not rushing or becoming frustrated at all of my questions. Then she sent me to Dinash to do my cleaning, she was precise and made me feel relaxed, very descriptive of how I should continue my health care in the future and treated me with the care you expect from a good medical professional. Thank you so much to the whole team here. I could not recommend a better dentistry to take yourself or a family member to.

I m glad to come to Premier Smile Center. They gave me hope and confidence that I'll get the right treatment done. Meliana and DR Kimra took their time explaining to me the diagnostics, the different options that are available to me, Timeline that this will take place.... They also went above and beyond to get me an emergency time and date for the procedures. Coordinating with everybody that's involved. Appreciate their efforts and the very thankful. I had a consultation and cleaning today at Premier Smile Center. My hygienist, Dinach was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and incredibly thorough throughout my cleaning. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. It’s obvious that she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in providing excellent care. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I highly recommend Dinach to anyone looking for an exceptional dental hygienist.

The staff members and doctors including Melinda, Eve and Carolina were very attentive, explain everything in good understandable detail. They went out of their way to make sure that I was relaxed and comfortable every step of the way. I encourage anyone that is unsure of the steps they need if experiencing any dental issues, to seek them out, you will not be disappointed. I appreciate all of their help and assistance and looking forward as they are helping me on my way to a better dental health and lifestyle.

I had my new patient consultation with Dr. Johnson and she was so personable, kind, and welcoming. For my treatment, Dinach was incredibly attentive and understanding about my anxiety. She was patient, reassuring, and really helped me through the experience. The front office manager/treatment coordinator was also amazing-so pretty, sweet, and welcoming. Talking with her felt like catching up with a friend over coffee, which made the whole visit feel so comfortable and personal. Overall, such a caring and professional team!
