Front desk person unfriendly. Asked my name and couldn't be bothered to look up from computer. She wanted to sign me up for some plan. She didn't know that I was there because of a mailer I received. She said " Corporate doesn't tell them anything". She asked how much the promotion was. They were short a hygienist, so chose to accommodate the higher revenue generating new customer over me. The exam was performed before cleaning. A scan was taken without asking - to promote invisalign - even though I have perfect teeth. After waiting 30 minutes for hygienist, I went to ask front office person how much longer it would be. She was condescending and told me that they had tried to reschedule me, and that I was getting $300+ in services and I'm only paying $79. Then she asked me what do I want from her?! I finally received the cleaning, but she didn't perform the routine periodontal measurements, until I asked I inquired. The hygienist was pleasant, but I won't be back.

I was visiting from out of state when I broke a crown near the front of my mouth. From my first call to schedule an appointment to the time I left the office, I was treated well. Xavier and Dr Park were informative, friendly and professional. I left with a beautiful crown and a restored smile. Thank you to all!

I had a very positive experience at Fountain Hills Dental Care yesterday. Everyone starting with the receptionist was very welcoming and positive. The X-ray technician was very supportive throughout the many X- rays, the hygienist, Kat, did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Park answered my questions and assured me that my teeth were in good shape. I will definitely be back to Fountain Hills Dental Care.

Before I start, I want to ensure saying that their care was precise and professional. The women at the front desk were courteous and professional, and my hygienist was diligent. That all said: I scheduled myself specifically because of their 'new patient special' that was offered to me for $129.00. This quote included X-rays, a dental assessment and a cleaning. However, only AFTER an incredibly intensive round of Xrays and gum depth tests, of which they were very precise, the hygienist informed me that due to my gingivitis I would require a more in-depth cleaning and asked if I was informed that the special I was quoted only applied to healthy gums. I had not been informed. In fact, I had only taken $130 of tip money to pay for my intro visit today as that was the amount I was quoted. After everything was said I asked how much the new price would be and was given a quote of $310 dollars of which I did not have. I was told that I could simply do a payment plan and they had ways to work with me on payments, but again, when you're quote for 129$ and not told that there are stipulations to said special, that's the definition of a rug pull. I paid the fee for my xrays, of which they were kind enough to email to me The ladies were very kind, so I don't mean to reflect this onto them, but this is by all accounts an illegal bait-and-switch tactic and why I will never be returning. Kind service, but ask for any hidden fees or stipulations if you are a new patient.

I am so Happy that My Husband and Myself have FINALLY found an advanced Dental Practice here in Fountain Hills! I absolutely LOVED my Dental hygienist Ava Fontana and the advanced devices used throughout my cleaning using the newest in technology. She makes you feel comfortable and that your oral health was a priority! The office STAFF also CARES and when I met Dr Park I knew I was in great hands, a real professional at his Craft! Thank You Fountain Hills DENTAL CARE!! Our search is over, we have met the BEST for our Oral Health needs! 🤩

The staff is very nice. I have not been to a dentist in a LONG time and I have a stomach condition that makes me vomit at least once a day if not more and because of that my teeth are all rotten.They did not once make me feel like a bad person. They gave me hope that I don't have to be scared not to smile again. Thank you!😁💓😁
