The whole staff was very prompt, courteous, and polite. Dr. Collin is one of the most knowledgeable and personable dentists I've had the pleasure of being a patient of. The dentist is commonly not the most fun place to go, as we all know! However, Dutch Town Dental is redefining what it means to have an experience at a dentist's office. Great work to everyone on the staff there. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I will start by saying at one point this dentist office was great. It was always a good experience until about a year ago. A little over a year ago my wife had gotten a crown done at this dentist office. She kept complaining about it hurting and food getting stuck. Well, she went to get it fixed 2 or 3 times with no luck. Eventually the dentist accused my wife of,”Looking for free dental work.” So fast forward to today. We went to another dentist office where that dentist found the issue and had to redo the entire crown. In short, the dentists that work at this office do not stand behind their work, and they will be lucky if we decide not to bring a case against them. They are completely unprofessional and in my opinion incompetent.

The entire staff and Dr. Jimes were great! I have very sensitive teeth. I literally hate going to the dentist. But I now feel like I can go with confidence and without fear of pain.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental office. From the very first day, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for—from the front desk staff to the doctors. The entire atmosphere is filled with positivity, kindness, and support, and you can really feel that they love what they do. I came in with my infant, and since my appointment took a while, the front desk ladies were absolute angels. They so kindly helped look after my baby while I was getting my cleaning done, which meant more to me than words can express. As a mom, that level of compassion and understanding is priceless. And Connie… truly extraordinary. I was originally scheduled for a partial cleaning, but after pregnancy I was very overdue for a full one. Connie didn’t hesitate for a second—she went completely out of her way to clean my entire mouth, even though it meant sacrificing her own lunch break. Her dedication, generosity, and genuine care for her patients is nothing short of admirable. She didn’t just clean my teeth—she put a huge smile on my face and made me feel so cared for. This office and Connie especially hold a very special place in my heart. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and thorough. Dr. Jimes worked to repair an old crown I've had for many years. I'm glad they are looking out for my best interest. Highly recommend!
