Krystle running the front office is super friendly and helpful in getting the appointments started, finished, and scheduled. I even notice how pleasant and helpful she is with her colleagues. Miguel the assistant is very kind and great at his job with prepping and capturing vitals and x-rays. Vanessa the hygienist was comforting during the numbing shots (everyone's least favorite part), she did an excellent job on my cleaning (super extensive due to years of neglect) and she made sure I was adequately numbed mid-cleaning, which I appreciate beyond my ability to explain. Lastly, Dr. Birch was extremely professional and took the time to explain things to me when I had questions or uncertainties about my x-rays or the work I need. Even though I was embarrassed during my first visit, he reassured me that he's seen it all and worse, and that it's not too late to turn things around with the right plan. The guy is all class! This is the type of dental office that makes me feel confident in the plan I have to get my smile to where I want it to be. Never thought I'd be looking forward to my next dentist appointment. I highly recommend this team!

I have come to this office twice now. My most recent experience was with Dr Birch. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable very caring. Very sympathetic to my situation and gave me all the options that are best for me.

Dr. McDougal is great at assessing AND fixing problems same day in the same visit. So grateful for his work, and he is right near downtown Gilbert minutes away from many of our homes. He repaired another dentist’s work, and I will be switching dentists because this is now the second time he has helped me out in an emergency. I value how candid he is about outcomes, and he has never pushed me into getting expensive additional work. I was not compensated for this review, just very grateful!!!

Dr Birch was very thorough when explaining the process to me and the plan as well as they were very transparent about the pricing. I love how they are in network with my dental plan. I highly recommend them. When it comes to cleaning and x-rays. I'm not quite sure about the dental work just yet I haven't had anything done quite yet other than x-rays and cleaning. But once I do have work done. I'll update my review.

Everyone here is amazing! I have serious dental anxiety and they are always so accommodating. Dr. McDougal has done a fantastic job both times Ive been in. A wonderful environment for those who struggle with dental anxiety.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Bloom. I haven't found a new dentist since I moved to Arizona, that I have liked more or even at all really, than the one I used for over 30 years from back home. Dr Bloom checked all of the boxes. Personable, understanding and very accommodating just for starters. It's the Midwest persona that can't be beat. Hope the assistant, Jessica the hygienist and even the front desk staff made the entire encounter turn into what I joked was a self care day. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!
