Dr Lee took such great care of my 90 year old mother. Everyone at Big Horn Dental,here in Gillette, are very kind, caring and professional. I could not be happier with the care received.

If I could give more stars I would. Saying I have anxiety while visiting the dentist is an understatement, my heart rate of 106 proved that, but the entire process and all the staff involved were absolutely phenomenal. They were so comforting, explained the process and what to expect along the way, checked on me along the way to make sure I was comfortable, and never made me feel embarrassed about how nervous I was. Everyone was so kind and GENTLE! Also my teeth have never felt sooooo clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a truly great dental office!

HUGE RAVE to big horn dental! I haven't been in a dentist chair for 12 years due to a serious phobia. The Dr made me so comfortable, the hygienist was AMAZING, I literally BARELY felt the shots. I thought my teeth were cooked but I only needed a few crowns and cavities fixed. I am excited to go back and get the other side done cause I know im in amazing hands. If you feel scared they will do everything possible to help you relax. 👏👏👏👏

My husband and I have been going to Big Horn Dental for years and we recently moved our kids over as well. The hygienists and Dr's are always caring and efficient! We especially love our hygienist, Nicole!! ❤️ Our kids LOVED her and all of the staff!

My daughter and I both visited this office today for cleanings, and she needed 2 fillings. They were able to get her in almost immediately (same day) for her fillings so we wouldn't have to make an extra trip to Gillette. The entire staff was extremely personable and polite, the clinic was very clean and tidy, and Dr Nichols was very attentive and efficient. She hardly has any pain this afternoon, and great care was taken to ease her anxiety about the procedure by the staff. 10 out of 10 for service and communication!

These people actually take the time & talk to as a patient & not just treat you as a customer. I Highly Recommend Bighorn even if it's out of your insurance network as it is mine. Going to the Dentist has always been a drag but every single employee here has helped take the edge off.
