This office is exceptional! Everyone is very professional and work very hard to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied with the work done! Their follow through is very appreciated! Great group of folks to work with! Love them to pieces!!! Brittany and Prete are phenomenal and Dr. “P” is awesome! Highly recommend them!!

Lovely staff and dentist! They took great care of me! Felt like the royal treatment—I was covered with a blanket when I was cold and warm lavender towel provided to wipe off my face when things were all done.

I've struggled with dentistries all my life but I really think Village will be my go to people now! Hands down the friendliest and kindest staff I've ever had! With exceptional bedside manner!

Highly recommend reading reviews of Candid Aligners on TrustPilot and the BBB before agreeing to treatment that they push every visit. Debated posting this until finishing treatment, but I wish I had seen this prior to paying $5.5k ($2.8k out of pocket) for treatment, and it seems like this may be a longer road than I realized. Very unhappy with mine and opened my next set to see they sent two upper row trays. I called and spoke to a receptionist who was great. The support team at VFD is very nice. Hygienists are great as well. The tooth movement tracking is done by AI as well rather than a real orthodontist, then sent to dentist, allegedly, but I received my progress email at midnight with no information regarding having to move on two trays ahead given the lack of quality check for each set of aligners sent. Conversely, you cannot report issues to CandidPro, you have to report them to your dentist who then can report them to Candid. Perhaps there was a lag there. Prior to this, I also had to get a refinement package already, and I really had to stand my ground to get scanned for the refinement as my request was met by a peculiar amount of contention. After reading more about CandidPro online, seriously please do this on TrustPilot and the BBB (or even Reddit!) as I cannot personally vouch for end of treatment and other issues, it appears that I will have even more issues down the road. Really wish I went elsewhere for Invisalign.

I can’t say enough great things about VFD, Dr. Patel, and her staff. Shout out to Britney for being so empathetic and caring during my fillings today. Shout out to the front desk staff who are welcoming, knowledgeable, and also empathetic. I’ve been away from the dentist for several years due to a negative experience at my last dentist. I usually have severe anxiety about the dentist, but these ladies make it a calm and easy experience. Definitely recommend this dentist to anyone nervous about the dentist — they’ll take amazing care of you!!!
