Gallery Park Family & Pediatric Dentistry

My eldest son “graduated” from his Peds dentist and found Galley Park Family & Pediatric Dentistry. The facility is inviting and immaculate, the team is kind and caring and the dentists are amazing, super thorough and ON TIME. Needless to say the entire family is here. We have seen Dr. Drew, Dr. Roger and Dr. Lynna and couldn’t be happier! Recommending them to everyone!

I had my appointment today at 10:00. When I came in Front desk associates have a bare minimum ( close to none) customer service. Just talking to each other. Most interesting part was during my x-ray, given that I probably had some challenges in the structure of my mouth ( too narrow, too deep, tongue is on the way) I heard it all. But if someone could have told me during/ while they are working inside my mouth. To lean where they want me to lean so I can position myself rather than them pulling my mouth here and there. It was very STRESSFUL and UNCOMFORTABLE. Like they have not work inside a human's mouth before. You can tell me and give me instructions as you should, rather than yanking my mouth to the direction where you want me to. I guess the lady/worker that was helping Niki was not very happy to be of help because she was rough. It was a big disappointment. I wish I went somewhere else and trusted another dental clinic.

After 3 unhappy prior family dentistry places in the area, we found Gallery Park to be the best practice. Their entire staff, especially billing department, is not only friendly and helpful, but also supportive. They submitted appeals to insurance on our behalf without our asking them. Dr. Shah is an excellent dentist with great communication. They didn't push unnecessary treatments that you'd risk paying $300+ out-of-pocket for fluoride since insurance won't cover them as other places did. They did not poo-poo prior dentists' work or insult our home teeth care methods. Facility has the newer, high-tech equipment. I got my third crown and it was the best experience of 3 recent dental facilities.

My daughter had a tooth pulled today and didn’t cry at all! We’ve been to other dental offices before, but my biggest regret is not coming here from the beginning. Online scheduling is so convenient, and I’m honestly amazed at how kind every single staff member is! Everyone was incredibly kind and caring! If anyone is looking for a dentist near Glenview, I would highly recommend this place.

Taking my adult son with special needs to Gallery Park Dental yesterday was an exceptionally positive experience for both of us! I had felt optimistic since making the appointment with Leslie as she was so kind and encouraging. She was even there to greet us when we arrived. Dr. Drew and his assistant, Audrey, were wonderful. Initially Jon was nervous, but they quickly made him feel comfortable. They were able to get x-rays, clean his teeth, give him a thorough exam, and apply fluoride. Jon was so happy that he readily agreed to returning here on a regular basis, and I was relieved that we once again had a dental plan that met his needs. Thanks to Leslie, Dr. Drew, and Audrey for making this possible! I can recommend Gallery Park Dental without any reservations whatsoever.

I have gone back and fourth deciding whether I would post this review or not. I was referred to this office and I did not have the best experience. The lab had a hard time color matching. The office was flexible with allowing me to come back and fix the appliance. I then paid over $1,000 (maybe more) for a new crown and the color is not even close- I was then told I chose that color, which was not true. I also had some fillings done and I now have major sensitivity on teeth that never bothered me to begin with. Finally, they under estimated my out of pocket cost by $900- this is when I decided it was time to part ways with this office.
