Aslyn is a wonderful asset to your office. She went above & beyond to make sure to make sure all our new policy information was correct & put in the system. When you walk in the door of your offices you are greeted with many smiling faces ready to help & answer your questions. The staff in the back are equally as friendly & patient . They are knowledgeable & are good at making you feel comfortable. My husband & I both saw Dr Irby & we both like him. Very much. Highly recommend Louisiana Dental Center the Gonzales office!

Would give less stars if possible, went in to give them another shot for just a cleaning, well my ins, which is private pay wouldn't cover their recommended deep cleaning, my problem is that I just had a cleaning 7 months ago from another dentist w/ no upsell for more procedures. That happened here years ago and walked out feeling taken advantage of. I perfer natural methods,they dont agree. They just upsell you for more treatments. Sad very disappointed, I won't be back. Bad business practices. Very disappointed yet again. :( just wanted a cleaning, that's all. W/O the upsell!!

I called because I needed a tooth pulled. The person on the other end of the line told me that that is not what was on my dental plan. Like she was a dental assistant. I stated I was in pain and that this tooth needed to be pulled. This individual would not even schedule me a appointment. For I had a appointment 10 Days later. I was in pain for 10 days because of her. Thanks to Bri and Dr.L for the extraction. The Receptionists must think they are the dental team.

Thanks to Dr. Irby and his staff for the most professional and courteous care I've ever received. Dr. Irby worked with me to provide the dental work that best suited my situation at a very affordable cost. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Dr. Chambers and Alex Bruno are amazing! Their level of knowledge, professionalism, and bedside manner truly can’t be matched. I highly recommend seeing them if you have the chance. The ladies at checkout are also always friendly and accommodating, and the facility itself is consistently clean and beautifully decorated. The front check-in desk, however, could really take some notes. They’re the first people you see when you walk in — essentially the face of the business. Leaving patients sitting there ungreeted while whispering with coworkers and giving dirty glares into the waiting room definitely makes people feel unwelcome. A simple “hello” to each patient, or even a friendly smile, would go a long way. On the brighter side, they ignore you for a solid 15 minutes while they finish their conversation… and then you don’t have to deal with them again. 🫣

I had my teeth cleaned by Rachel at Louisiana Dental Center, and she did an incredible job. She was thorough, gentle, and very professional throughout my visit. My teeth have never felt cleaner! The whole experience was smooth and comfortable.
