Precision dental is the best dental office I have found so far. The office is clean, staff are all so friendly. Always professional and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office.
Dr. Petrowski did an amazing job as always! He is very professional, kind, caring, and excellent at what he does. Everything at Precision Dental is top-of-the-line from the atmosphere, to the kindness, to the technology.... You can have a crown made or two crowns all in one day. They make the crown in-house. And it's so time efficient. I would highly recommend him to everyone and I do. And being that he's a holistic dentist is number one thing on my list.
We used to love this dentist. But after not being notified our dentist left the practice - and noticing all the changes after she has left - we will be leaving as well. The office staff is amazing however!
Posting for a friend who didn’t feel comfortable putting their name on the review. This office says they are holistic, which is great, and I was so excited to find them! But I’m also realizing they are no longer the only holistic office in the area, even though they advertise themselves like they are. The hygienists, doctor assistants, and desk staff are all so nice and helpful. I also have always been talked to nicely by the doctors. However, the office’s organization and follow up is highly disappointing. It seems like everyone truly wants to help, but it’s extremely hard to get a direct answer on what I need. The holistic doctor promises he will get me in sooner, but then his assistant warns me that the schedule is usually pretty full, and the lady at the end didn’t know anything about the urgency of my situation or the fact that the doctor said I could get in soon. She told me he didn’t have any openings for over 4 months, and that’s after waiting 3 months for my initial meeting! She said they can try to get me in sooner but needed to get dates approved by the doctor before they could schedule me sooner and told me they would call once they had options. I didn’t hear anything. I called 2 weeks later and the girl I spoke with told me she could see a message that was sent to the doctor, but he hadn’t gotten back with them yet. She promised to give him a reminder. I gave up hope of getting a reply after another 2 weeks went by. Then, to get in for a cleaning I was okay with needing to schedule it a few months out, since I had just had a cleaning at my old office. But then, a week before my appointment they called to reschedule me because a hygienist was sick. That’s okay, you can’t control sickness. I rescheduled and waited another month. Then again, 2 days before my appointment, they called to say they didn’t have a hygienist and promised they are trying to hire someone new. They didn’t have any options for rescheduling me until October. That’s 6 more months away! I felt bad for the ladies who called me, they seemed sincere and apologetic, but I’m not sure this office is worth the wait anymore. Plus, when my husband did actually get in for his first visit, he waited in the lobby for 20 minutes into his appointment before being actually going into the room and then got out of the appointment 40 minutes later than they told him. The staff kept apologizing, but it’s already so hard to get in, I would hope the experience would be top notch during the actual appointment. We have another mutual friend who went to this office after being told by the doctor that they are starting to provide full sedation. This person has lots of dental stress, so this was very important to them. The office wasn’t sure when the sedation was going to start, so he was put on some sort of list to be told when they could schedule his work. That was over 3 months ago and he never got a call. He reached out himself and was recently told now they aren’t planning on providing sedation as an option and don’t have a concrete start date? There just seems to be a lot of confusion going on.
Came for a 2nd opinion. My father has been my dentist for 43 years and is soon retiring. I figured I needed to find a local dentist in my area vs driving to Lansing. My dad did take bite wings of my left side and diagnosed a crown on my bottom and root canal for my top. I researched holistic dentists and o-zone therapy and was looking for alternate option for my original diagnosis. The funny thing is once you have a bite wing x-ray taken and a diagnosis of crown or root canal, there is no alternate options and even a holistic dentist knows that. They would simply extract the tooth vs root canal. I signed up for a consultation with Dr. Piotrowski and from there nothing I was hoping for happened. Didn't meet Dr P (vacay), yet a different dentist that was insistent on diagnosing me with everything under the sun and leaving me with a purposed 22k worth of dentistry! I still dont know how much crown or an implant costs because he wanted to do something totally different. Pushed me to get a panoramic x-ray of my mouth, which I stated I could get one with my dad. Dr said, then I can't help you today. Huh? I thought this was a consultation? Then after I paid 450 for the x-ray the dentist says, I can't really diagnose for sure without those bite wings! Then why did you pressure me to get the panoramic? Oh right, money, got it... I don't think I've ever been mislead or felt forced to do anything with a dentist, a bit caught off guard with how pushy and misleading they are. Dentist daughter still in search for a good local Dentist, it won't be here...
I have nothing but great things to say about Precision Family Dental. They provide compassionate, comprehensive, and high quality care. I appreciate their holistic approach to dentistry and they truly care about the longevity of your dental health. I received care here during my pregnancy and they always made sure I was comfortable with the plan and during the appointment. I recommended Precision Family Dental to my extended family and now many of my family members go here. If you’re looking for a dentist, rest assured that this is a wonderful place.
What an Awesome Team of professionals! From the front desk staff to the x-ray tech and then Dr. Christian. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. I am normally anxious but with Dr. Christian I was not. He is so pleasant and knowledgeable, he put me right at ease. If you are looking for a great dental team, choose Precision Family Dental. I HIGHLY recommend them.
