Pastrell, Buchanan and Hartzell General Dentistry

From check in to checking out at front desk, I was treated very well. My hygienist, Chloe is always attentive, gentle and thorough. I used to have justified anxiety from a previous providers office, but staff including doctors are superb at Pastrell, Buchanan and Hartzell Dentistry.

I absolutely adore my hygienist! She is incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive. She leaves my teeth feeling exceptionally clean, every visit is completely comfortable and pain free. I genuinely look forward to my appointments because I know I’m in such great hands.

Dr. Buchanan is the best dentist I’ve ever had!! I’m 62 and have done lots of teeth grinding. Dr Buchanan has helped to restore my teeth so that they look great and will stay healthy longer. I’m so grateful for him and his kind staff.

Everyone treated me extremely well and very friendly. The equipment in their office is high tech and set up to give you the best service. Dr. Buchanan was very personable and truly was looking out for my best dental care. I highly recommend him and all their staff. Since we live on the coast they schedule my and my wife’s appointments together and we finished within minutes of each other. Awesome experience. My wife also had a wonderful experience also.

The staff and Dr. Buchanan were so wonderful! I have EXTREME dental anxiety. I was "forced" to make an appointment due to extreme pain in an upper left molar. Dr. Buchanan and his whole staff were so understanding and kind. I have so much dental work to be done. The whole staff walked me through every step of the way. Shout out to Tess. She is a lovely asset to their office. She is professional and kind. Dr. Buchanan walked/talked me through every step of my exam and ultimate crown. Due to their kindness and understanding, I breezed through every procedure. Lots of work to be done,but I have confidence in Dr. Buchanan and his staff. The office is lovely and peaceful. His front office staff is attentive, informed and friendly. Glad to feel this way,because I will be visiting often.😊 PLUS! PLUS!PLUS! They had a great play list!😁😆😄 Really. This means so much. I was able to enjoy the music and relax a bit. Music has so much to do w easing anxiety. Great staff. Blessed to have them on my dental journey.💖
