Dental Care of Great Falls

My dad is a dentist in another state and when a dental emergency came up, he graciously partnered with my dad for care. This openness to be available, supportive and accommodating has lead me to bring my whole family to the clinic. This is the true essence of quality care - and I am thankful for each visit since.

I have always been afraid of any dentist and dental office, but Dr. Pence and his staff were recommended by a coworker, so I gave them a shot. From my first visit to my recent root canal, him and his staff were amazing. They fully understood my uncomfortablity and worked with me to make my experience as quick and painless as possible! If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Thank you all so much for being super friendly and making my visits feel nothing shy of friendly and understanding!

The Kindest People work here! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, they all are so kind and caring. You can tell that they really care about their patients well being. I cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 service on everything.

Going to the dentist can be a daunting experience to say the least! It is right up there with the fear of public speaking and surprisingly the fear of death. I don’t have that experience with Dental Care of Great Falls. Well, my experience with Dr. Dan Pence and his team was a very nice one! From walking into the office and being greeted by Alicia, the Office Manager, with a very welcoming “Hi Bud, I have you checked in”. And then being greeted by Anne the Dental Assistant with “How is your day going? Come on back” in a very sincere way that helped put me at ease right away. And last but not least was Dr. Pence quiet confidence…”lets fix that tooth”. They all have the demeanor of “I’m here for you and want to help you in any way.” One of the reasons that I’m sharing this review, besides the great customer service, is the saving of my tooth. I have to say that my tooth was very questionable as to whether to keep it or pull it. I like the idea of keeping all my teeth in my head. And Dr. Pence did exactly that! He wrestled with my tooth for some time. I think a lesser dentist would have said the heck with that and just pulled it. Well, my tooth was saved and is awaiting a new crown to be put on it! I am impressed with all the team at Team Dental Care of Great Falls! Everyone is very nice and very encouraging and uplifting. Thanks Dr. Pence and the whole crew!

Everyone in the office is friendly and delightful! From the receptionist, office staff, dental hygienist and dentist!! Friendly, kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Pence is wonderful! Very down to earth and great bedside manners. I HIGHLY recommend this office. It has a small town, and personal type of feel, with the big city benefits and experience.
