In my almost 60 years of life, this was the best dental experience of my life. Dr. Chen and Rochelle his assistant were amazing. They listened, responded with care, and ensured that I knew what to expect later and how to be prepared. Most dentists have to stick me up to 10 times literally but he only did twice preemptively and it lasted the entire procedure and then some! If I would have met them earlier, I would not have as many missing teeth as I do from having them extracted when I had issues because of previous bad experiences with filling. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his team!!!!

I have been going to a Periodontist for almost 40 years, in Atlanta, Georgia, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and most recently in Rochester, New York at WNY Dental on Long Pond Rd. Working with Alana and Dr. Chen has been amazing—they’re kind, professional, and make it easy to stay on track with routine visits. I am a retired RDH after 45 years in practice!!! I have always cleaned my own teeth but I needed X-rays to determine bone loss !! I always knew the day would come that I would have to defer to someone else!!! Of course my first thought was to call Alana !!! Words can't express the excellent job she performed!!! I have been a long-time patient of WNY Dental. Everyone, from the front desk staff to my hygienist and dentist, is friendly and professional. Alaina, my dental hygienist, is very knowledgeable and personable. She does a great job and manages everything from my routine cleaning & polishing to x-rays and fluoride treatments and offers suggestions to help me improve my oral care. Dr. Enterline, my dentist, is fantastic! I have a strong aversion to needles and drills. He greatly reduces my anxiety when performing procedures like filling cavities, tooth extractions and root canals. He also performs an oral exam after every cleaning. From my experience with WNY Dental, I can say that the process from scheduling an appointment to billing and everything in between has been and continues to be a very positive experience. I entrust WNY Dental with my dental needs and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Alana is a fantastic hygienist. She’s very friendly and professional, and she made me feel completely at ease. She cleaned my teeth gently but thoroughly, and I didn’t feel any pain at all. Highly recommend her!
