Bay Park Smiles

First time to see this dentist ... entrance to reception area was very warm, welcoming w/waves and greetings from Jen and another woman, sorry, did not get her name, she was on the phone ....we (husband and I) filled out initial paperwork and then we were both seen, Ken by McKenzie and I was seen by Sylvia. I can only speak to Sylvia as I spent an hour w/her. Very knowledgeable and excellent in taking time to explain everything, from oral anatomy/teeth to procedures being done and why... I generally ask lots of questions, but she anticipated many and was patient w/those I did ask. In addition to that she was personable, made me laugh and I immediately loved her ! Though younger, she was very experienced and gentle on this old girl's teeth and mouth... the dentist, Dr. Mike, came in to see me while she was doing the 1-2-2-3-4 exam... I was impressed w/him simply because it was the first time in over 70 yrs of dental care that a dentist came to check my teeth before they were cleaned by the hygienist!!! He was also polite, kind w/pleasant personality as well as gentle in my mouth while checking... Ken was impressed w/his care as well, but is not as wordy as I .... all in all, an excellent crew and Ken and I have decided that we won't mind driving down from Iron Mountain, MI twice a year to see these folks for dental care !!! 🥰

This is by far the best place to go. They are so sweet, very caring, I have nothing but amazing things to say about baypark smiles. It’s been such a positive experience for me, it’s not even comparable to any other dentist in the area. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for great dentistry care.

Going to the dentist was one of my fears As a child. At Bay Park smiles everyone treats you with respect, kindness. From the time you check in till the time you check out, feel as though you’re part of the family. Lisa is my hygienist always does a great job. Go above and beyond can make you feel comfortable. Dr. Mark is the dentist I see. I can’t say enough about him. He’s very kind , Listen to your questions, i’ve never really liked my smile because of my teeth, but by the time I’m done with my appointment, My teeth may still be the same, but I can put a smile on my face. I’ve seen Dr. Mike once and I can tell that he also has the kindness. Thank you, Bay Park Smiles ,😊

Staff were very welcoming and kind. Both the dental hygienist and assistant were extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining my tx care. The Dentist bedside manners were remarkably pleasant outlining detailed options for me. My experience was top tier. I'm surprisingly excited to embark on restoring my healthy dental journey. This office is a great fit for me.

For my first appointment, everyone was very welcoming. Stacey, my hygienist, is very knowledgeable and she explained everything to me about what she was doing before doing it. She checked in with every now and then to make sure I was okay. Dr. Mike was nice and also made sure I stayed in the loop on what he was doing during the exam. After he was done, Stacey explained everything that was said in the exam with Dr. Mike. Minus that I have 4 cavities, I was very pleased with my first appointment. The ladies at the front desk are very kind and friendly. My husband and i are happy that they accepted our insurance as well. Plus, they're just 5 minutes down the street from our home, so that's a bonus.
