Lacy is excellent. She is one of the BEST dental hygienist I have ever had clean my teeth. Both Dentists Dr. Fiffe and Dr. Mac Intosh are very nice and gentle!

Greenacres Dental was recommended to me by my Insurance Agent. It was one of the best recommendation I had since I was seen by a Dentist 25 years ago. I felt Safe and In Good Hands from the minute I entered the office welcomed by Stephanie and treated by highly trained and intelligent professionals under Dr K. Supervision. It wasn’t easy for me not to see Dentist for over 25 years. I’m so fortunate I found Greenacres Family Dentistry Thanks to all of you who restored back my Smile 🙏

This place is completely dishonest. I opened a $3,000 CareCredit account for a dental procedure that never happened, yet it was not fully refunded to Carecredit. I repeatedly demanded a clear receipt and breakdown showing why the full amount wasn’t refunded. They refused to provide documentation and instead kept deflecting blame to CareCredit. That excuse makes no sense because CareCredit only charges what the dental office submits. Any attempt to speak with a manager or the owner went nowhere. I was told over and over that they were “not in the office,” with zero follow up and zero accountability. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be extremely cautious before opening a CareCredit account or paying upfront here.

I had an excellent experience at Greenacres Dental Service. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The dentist took the time to explain every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is clean, modern, and well organized. I truly appreciate the quality of care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Greenacres Dental Service to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

First time I went there- my teeth was cleaned perfectly. Went back to do a few fillings, since then the left side of my mouth cannot chew on. Went back a couple days ago they did an X-ray telling me the left side have fracture- of course it does. It was messed up when they did my filling, hence why I cannot chew on that side of my mouth. Also the cleaning I did- the hygienist only cleaned the teeth at the front of my mouth and said it’s hard to clean the ones to the back because I have braces. Are you kidding me. After her half ass cleaning she didn’t even gave me a little listerine to swoosh my mouth. She was like, my other client is here, I’m done. lol. I’m laughing because this must be a damn joke and every 6 months they do X-rays on your mouth. Every other dentist I go to is once per year. It’s all a scam. I laugh because my coworkers warned me to not go there, because they use to go there and stopped. So I pay to learn. Never ever again 12/30/2025- as you can see I’m updating my review. I changed from 1-star to 5-stars. Some damaged control was done; kudos to management- a very lovely lady reached out and reschedule my appointment at no charge. My cleaning was spectacular. The dental hygienist was very pleasant and he really knows what he is doing. He did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend persons to do their dental treatment at this company. I do appreciate when people shows respect to their customers and make the effort to provide good service. Thanks again and I look forward to my cleaning in 6-months.
