Everyone there was so kind and made my 8 year old daughter very comfortable. Dr. Koen explained things very well on my level and my daughter’s level.

We went for an orthodontic consultation and it was an incredible experience her name was mentioned at the front door it felt like going into someone's home and being welcome like family it was incredible to be offered that services that they do and to be giving a price list immediately with three different options to make it affordable for me and my family I will recommend this place to everyone who should ever ask

My appointment was at 2:10 pm and was on time. The ortho assistant explained the Invisalign procedure before attachment was placed in my teeth. Dr. Koen came to make sure Invisalign was set correctly. I was shown how to remove and proper care of Invisalign. My appointment was smooth sailing and all staff are friendly and helpful.

Being an adult with braces sucks, but they make it so fun & take amazing care of you. Everytime I’ve had an issue, I’m usually seen the same day to fix it. It’s so clean & they are the friendliest staff. The free chocolate chip cookies are a bonus too when you need to bring the littles with you🫶🏻

Over the past 2 years, Dr. Koen and her staff have made our experience with my daughter's orthodontic care so easy. They are all kind and compassionate and I am thrilled with the results! I highly recommend Dr. Koen and her Team!

We had our 1st visit today the staff was very friendly. After My daughter is consultation. They were able to get her in right away for a same day braces installation. Which was great. The office is nicely decorated, beautiful fish tank, coffee, and fresh cookies ❤️. They even have a little game room to keep teens occupied while they wait to be called back. So far I'm happy I choose this office!
