In all honesty, I was rather embarrassed to go to a dentist after 25 years! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and treated with respect and kindness. They explained the different options I could choose from along with how much each procedure would cost and they worked out a plan that would be best suited for my needs and budget. It will be so nice to be able to smile again, and not be ashamed! Longbranch Dental it's going to make this happen!

I went 4 years ago I have a picture for proof, this business have very unprofessional people that work there, I have a filling done, had 2 teeth pulled and a crown. My experience was horrible there when I called to let them know my crown fell out the receptionist said to come in tomorrow the next day?? I called back and a different receptionist said oh well you can come in today? Not tomorrow?? Bad communication up there. Also had 2 teeth pulled and I felt everything!! I cried and the dentist had NO sympathy. That’s why I left my this dentist he was very rude. The older dentist was the one I liked. Anyways I feel like they are so unprofessional and they don’t know how to handle bad reviews for some reason, every dentist office has bad reviews?? Learn how to handle them, thanks.

Longbranch Dental's website has the registration forms you need. Just print them fill them out and take them with you. I arrived 10 minutes early and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. They are courteous, friendly and do their job quickly. Just brush your teeth before you go and cooperate. You'll be in and out. The doctor made my lidocaine shot painless and was tentative filling a cavity. I don't mind grinding, so I don't ask for laughing gas or sedatives and I can drive my self home. You might have a problem drinking water afterward with a numb lip for a few hours, so hydrate beforehand.

My hygienist was exceptional! I think her name was Suzanne. I didn't bring her a lot of work to begin with, but what she did have to do. She did incredibly well. Her customer service was amazing.

Susannah is the best dental hygieneist I've ever had! She has helped me get my gums healthy and I can tell she truly cares about her clients. I love the whole office experience and the staff is awesome! Thank you!

I was in incredible pain and called Longbranch Dental as a new patient. They got me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue, started treatment, and even arranged an appointment with an endodontist for the very next day. The entire team was caring, professional, and focused on getting me relief as quickly as possible. Set an appointment as a new patient at this very clinic and to my surprise every single staff member were so welcoming with high energy! Beyond that fact, the new patient experience was beyond my expectations! As I received bad news about my dental work/issue, I was so pleased with how they all handled my situation giving me a solution. As my teeth are my one of my biggest assets for myself, the fact that I was consoled by the dental assistant about my issue, I felt better about my situation. I highly recommend this place for your dental work/needs because I believe the atmosphere plays a big part in ensuring you are going to the right place.

The front desk is an amazing experience because it’s not stuffy and ‘all business only’. It’s a fun and comfortable greeting; like a long time friend. Their Godliness is felt all through the clinic. Going to Longbranch Dental is like going to visit your favorite family members on a holiday. It's ALWAYS a pleasant, inviting, and comforting experience. Alicia is THE BEST! But truthfully, as soon as you walk in, you will be greeted with kindness and warmth. My mom is terrified of the dentist and they were all so kind and patient with her. For a gold star dental experience, I highly recommend their services!
