My hygienist was exceptional! I think her name was Suzanne. I didn't bring her a lot of work to begin with, but what she did have to do. She did incredibly well. Her customer service was amazing.

They got me in immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue, started treatment, and even arranged an appointment with an endodontist for the very next day. The entire team was caring, professional, and focused on getting me relief as quickly as possible. Set an appointment as a new patient at this very clinic and to my surprise every single staff member were so welcoming with high energy! Beyond that fact, the new patient experience was beyond my expectations! As I received bad news about my dental work/issue, I was so pleased with how they all handled my situation giving me a solution. As my teeth are my one of my biggest assets for myself, the fact that I was consoled by the dental assistant about my issue, I felt better about my situation. The front desk is an amazing experience because it’s not stuffy and ‘all business only’. It’s a fun and comfortable greeting; like a long time friend. Their Godliness is felt all through the clinic. Going to Longbranch Dental is like going to visit your favorite family members on a holiday. It's ALWAYS a pleasant, inviting, and comforting experience. Alicia is THE BEST! But truthfully, as soon as you walk in, you will be greeted with kindness and warmth. My mom is terrified of the dentist and they were all so kind and patient with her. For a gold star dental experience, I highly recommend their services!
