Hagerstown Family Dental: Dr. Cradduck

I switched dental practices and went to my initial visit with Dr. Craddack today. From the minute I walked in, I felt very comfortable with the front desk ladies, Gabriella (dental technician), Kristen (hygienist), and Dr. Craddack. They took their time explaining what they were doing and suggested options on toothbrushes. It was a great first visit!

Dr Craddock and his staff are great. Dr Craddock is both an excellent dentist and a caring, compassionate man. He strives for perfection even with simplest procedure and he values customer satisfaction. His staff are courteous, friendly and go out of their way to ensure that your dental work is done correctly and timely. I would highly recommend Hagerstown Dentistry!

I was made to feel Welcomed upon my first visit. The staff is absolutely Wonderful and sincere. Dr Cradduck came into my room and I noticed and appreciated how he wasn't rushed & spoke kindly to his staff. Very refreshing and I left with a very good opinion of this place!

Laura took great care of me. She was smiling, polite, and respectful throughout the entire visit. She explained every step before proceeding, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and communication skills, which helped me clearly understand what I needed. Dr. Matthew also made sure I fully understood my situation and reassured me that no further treatment was necessary at this time. I felt well informed and comfortable during my appointment.
