Primrose Dental

First time visit was Great! Shout out to Ms.Krystal who made the experience so welcoming and comfortable. They took the time to cover everything in detail and I could definitely tell the difference in the care of work they provided. Definitely will be going back and recommend this office to everyone. Yesterday, June 12th, was my first day at Primrose Dental for an annual exam! I was very pleased with the care provided by the staff there! I also really liked the doctor; she was very professional and took the time to explain how to brush a specific area of ​​my mouth! I was also very happy with Ms. Cristal—she was very kind! I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Tried to say my daughter had 8 cavities. Went to another dentist for her wisdom teeth removal and they said she only has 2. Then they said my other daughter had 2 cavities and tried to over charge for those even with insurance!!

Very helpful and informative about pricing and procedures. Staff was wonderful and laid everything out clearly for me. They even have TVs with Netflix in the exam rooms. I'll definitely be returning here for future dental work. Only downside is that I didn't get to finish watching Spiderman 2 during my exam.

First of all, Crystal was super helpful navigating my insurance to make sure I was covered before my first appointment. I appreciated her due diligence after showing interest in coming in for the first time. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly, it was a good first impression before being brought back to do x rays. Dr. Nishi was fantastic, as was her staff. She was thorough and kind, and made sure I felt comfortable before she did anything. I know some dentists will find every little thing they can to rack up the charges to insurance but she was very honest about what was necessary to take care of ASAP and what could wait. I’m scheduled for cavity fillings and have full confidence that I’ve found a dentist I can trust!

This place is amazing. Everything is so clean and smells wonderful. I love the aesthetic as well. Everyone is so nice, warm, and inviting. The dentist respected the fact that I was teaching my young adult how to handle his own business and spoke with as if he was an adult. I really appreciated that. She is focused on the health or your teeth and not the money.
