When my husband went here for his dentures we were both told there would be FREE adjustments for life bc he got his dentures from here. We both know what was discussed and told to us. My husband went today expecting his visit to be free and ended up having to pay $95. The lady said that was only for adjustment last for the first few months. WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS. She then says this is also for an office visit. Okay which one is it?? They never mentioned anything to him about payment when he made the appointment. We just assumed they’d stand by their word. We loved Dr. Castor and sadly he has retired. I used to rave about this place but I can assure you that will never happen again. These people DO NOT stand by their word. We are extremely disappointed.

Jayna, the dental assistant, was very knowledgeable. She took my X-rays and photos and made the whole experience comfortable by working efficiently and making the process as quick and easy as possible. I’m so glad I chose the right clinic. I really appreciated their transparency and their commitment to finding more conservative and affordable treatment options. They genuinely seemed invested in helping patients achieve their dental goals rather than simply maximizing profit. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate, honest, and patient-centered dental care.

I have seen many dentist over the years due to a variety of issues and never had a really good experience. I have significant struggles with seeing the dentist and this practice changed everything for me. Every single person I have interacted with has been incredibly kind and supportive. Even with all of my requests to make things smoother for me not once have I ever felt like an inconvenience. They take time to explain everything in detail and make sure that every step of the process is smooth and. Comfortable. I really can’t recommend this practice as a whole any higher because they are phenomenal start to finish
