I very rarely leave reviews. I feel in today's world there's too many of them and sometimes they're bought instead of genuine. But today I felt I would leave a review for this business. I've been coming to valley for years now and has always been a five-star experience. It's gotten even better, if possible because of the most recent work I had done on a crown. I've had the opportunity to have Dr Young and his hygienist Rico perform twice some pretty evasive dentistry. Over my 58 years I've had numerous people work on my teeth but these two as a team are the best I've ever had. They're genuine in their approach to perfection, calming in there assessment of what's going on during the procedure and enjoyable persons to be around during their procedure accnt express how pleasurable it is and has been to work with him. I know that's an anomaly when it comes to dentistry that they are great. It's captured also when you walk in the front door and get a chance to interact with Casey and as well on your way out. A fantastic group of people if you're making a choice on who to go see for any future work you may have ask for these two. They're good.

I am very pleased with my results. Very professional office and staff, friendly and helpful all along the way I got some veneers and couldn’t be happier after I did my research into the expertise of Dr. Miller. I can’t stop smiling my teeth look beautiful thank you, Dr. Miller and staff.

As a fully grown adult man with a completely irrational (but deeply earned) fear of the dentist thanks to some past trauma, walking into this office felt a little like volunteering for battle. I was fully prepared for sweaty palms, white-knuckled armrests, and mentally planning my escape route. Instead… I got Courtney. Courtney, the hygienist, deserves some sort of medal for patience and calmness. She somehow managed to keep the entire appointment relaxed, lighthearted, and actually comfortable. She talked me through everything, checked in constantly, and never once made me feel silly for being the nervous guy in the chair. By the end I was wondering how someone who walked in that anxious was somehow laughing during a dental cleaning. Then there’s Dr. Miller. If every dentist had Dr. Miller’s calm and reassuring approach, there would probably be a lot fewer adults like me avoiding appointments. He explained everything clearly, never rushed anything, and carried the same calm energy that the whole office seems to run on. What I expected: stress, anxiety, and counting ceiling tiles. What I got: patience, kindness, and a team that somehow made a terrified patient feel completely at ease. If you’re someone who’s had bad dental experiences in the past, this is the place that might just change your mind about going to the dentist. And if Courtney and Dr. Miller can handle someone like me… they can handle anyone. Highly recommend. 🦷👏

I’ve been coming here since I was a baby and have always had a great experience. I’m 20 now, and the staff has consistently been friendly, professional, and caring. My entire family has trusted this office for years. Casey at the front desk is always so kind and helpful, and Dr. Miller is fantastic — he truly listens and goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Everyone here is personable and creates such a warm, welcoming environment. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently had to have a broken toothreplaced with a new crown, by Dr Young and his assistant Rigo. They really make an incredible team! I felt very comfortable and appreciated Dr Young’s thoroughness and attention to detail. He treated me with respect, and delivered a level of professionalism that I rarely see these days. I had a great experience at Valley Dental Works. Dr. Alexander and Isiah did a fantastic job taking care of my chipped tooth—they were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Deon, Casey, and the entire front office team were equally wonderful. Deon even reached out to me over the Labor Day holiday weekend to help get me scheduled, which was truly above and beyond.
