Came in for extraction and it didn't go well she pulled one tooth tryed to pull the other side and she couldn't said that she couldn't then leave the room for ten minutes Came back tryed to num again without waiting for it to numb and it really hurts I had a headache that day she didn't aplagizes now I don't want to come back because of that experience. As a dentist, she couldn't realize that my gums was infected and see that she couldn't pull my teeth i thought she was very unprofessional. All I want is my smile back.
I was very nervous before & during my appointment until being met with such kind people. I was able to communicate my fears to Dr.Luckett and she made me feel very comfortable. She was so kind & comforting throughout my visit. I truly felt cared for as a patient. The staff were friendly and the office was clean and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a compassionate dentist and quality dental care.
