The tech I had was nice but had no clue what she was doing. She numbed the wrong side of my mouth then after a minute moved the swab. I trusted the staff. When dr. came in to insert more numbing, which I have had before, I felt every bit of the needle and the solution being injected. I said that I felt everything and all I got was the dr. telling the hygienist to let him do it from now on. Then they left me alone. I suffer from ptsd and anxiety. I was scared and frozen. Finally got my breathing under control. And then when the filling procedure started, the equipment malfunctioned and was not dispersing water. Again with no conversation or asking if I was ok, they tried to rectify the situation by using a lot of water and suction. At one point I felt like I was being water boarded. I did not speak trying to hurry the process along. After the procedure was complete no apology or asking if I was ok, but was told to go out the side door so no one could see me. I trusted this practice but I don’t think I can ever go back.

My hygienist gave me excellent preventative care advice as well did a great job cleaning my teeth with gentle care. The Doctor P always does a fantastic job of taking of my teeth and offering any advice. My best visit yet

I’m currently traveling for work and broke my crown. I needed to find a dentist sensitive to my phobia of dentists. I was able to get an appointment in a week and was able to get a temporary crown and scheduled for the permanent one. The staff is super friendly and patient. Dr. Broussard was kind and gentle and I truly appreciated her patience with me.

My visit was absolutely perfect- I was so impressed with the customer service before my appointment and they followed through during my appointment as well. The office was clean, patient rooms are private, and every effort was given to ensure I was comfortable. I was given a thorough exam with a treatment plan that will allow me to have continued great dental health. The location is perfect as well!!

Thank you Seven Pines for making my daughter's first visit a success. My husband who also goes to Seven Pines was telling us how nice and helpful is the staff. I transferred my daughter's information from her old dentist office to Seven Pines. I was truly impressed with the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and warm welcome was awesome. I was truly impressed by how attentively they listened and how quickly they moved to ensure my comfort throughout the appointment.
