Thomas Family Dentistry

I think Dr. Thomas is an excellent technician. She did a great job getting me numb and preparing my teeth for crowns. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with Dr. Thomas's bedside manner or with the main dental assistant who worked with Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas did not connect with me on a personal level, she did not explain to me what she was going to do before she did it, and she didnt ask me how I was doing throughout the time she was working on me (I was in the chair for an hour and thirty minutes). I have never been to a dentist who didnt do these things, so I was pretty surprised. The dental assistant seemed to care even less about how I was doing. When I asked her for a mouth prop near the end of my time in the chair , she told me "no." She said curtly that she was almost done with what she needed to do, and it was easier for her to do her job if I didnt have the prop in my mouth. A bright spot of the office is the ladies out front . They are lovely, knowlegable, and excellent communicators. They knew to apologize for the 50 minute wait instead of pretending like it was normal. I appreciate their excellent customer care. They are an asset to the practice!

Thomas family dentistry was the most caring and worry free experience. Everyone was very polite and loving. I went in totally humiliated because of the condition of my teeth, but they calmed my anxiety and made me feel so at ease. They were very honest and reassuring concerning the outcome of my procedures. I would highly recommend Thomas Family Dentistry too any one. I want to thank everyone there for their support and kindness ❤️

Always the best experience one can hope to have at the dentist office at Thomas Family Dentistry. Came in for a teeth cleaning/checkup. They found a cavity - and were able to squeeze me into the schedule and get it filled on the spot. Additionally, I'm disabled and they always go out of their way to assist me to and from my vehicle. Above and beyond and great dental care. I've been recommending Dr. Thomas for YEARS. Five stars!

Had a cracked tooth with main part still solid in place, the other piece was loose but lodged in the gum. The loose piece is what I wanted removed leaving the main part intact. Thomas Dentist provided a short notice appointment, and Dr.Thomas did the procedure with an excellent outcome.

I had to switch dental offices due to an insurance change. I was so impressed from the time I made the appointment and everyone I encountered along the way. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable and found many items needing addressed that my prior dentist never spoke of. So grateful!

Fantastic job from the second I walked in the door. Very friendly, and very professional,down to earth and knowledgeable from step one.. it was actually my birthday and as a jokingly 70 year-old ,they asked me my age and I told them 40 and yes we all laughed… It's like I've known these people for 30 years… definitely five stars
