The entire staff was kind, professional, and made him feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The dentist explained everything clearly, and the procedure went smoothly. I came here when I finally had dental insurance lol. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The space where they do all the dental work is very clean and pristine. Then when they do the dental work they are very professional and very big on comfort so if you're ever feeling a bit uncomfortable just tell them and they'll try they're best to accommodate you. Overall a very good experience just be sure that you're insurance somewhat covers the procedures you need to get done because dental work is pricey, they do support payment plans so you have that option as well.

First time at Hialeah Dental Office! Visited this clinic as a personal recommendation of a good friend and I have to admit this was the best referral I ave received in a long time. Small office but well equipped and comfortable. Front desk assistant excellent customer service, the Xray technician was on point and Dr. Susel Leon went above and beyond, superb skills, extremely professional and detailed with the visit. You will received nothing but excellence customer service, and high performance in patient care and satisfaction. Well done everybody!! I will definitely come back.
