There aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for Tracey. I started setting up appointments in Hilliard, and seeing her again this past February after years of being embarrassed by my smile. My teeth had become severely damaged, and my confidence had completely disappeared. I stopped smiling, barely opened my mouth when I talked, and constantly worried that people were staring at my teeth. In less than 90 days, Tracey completely rebuilt my smile. She didn’t just restore my teeth—she restored my confidence. For years, every interaction with someone new was overshadowed by the fear that they were judging my teeth. Then I applied for a job I had really wanted. During the face-to-face interview, I realized something incredible: for the first time in years, I wasn’t thinking about my teeth. I wasn’t worried that they were judging me. I was able to focus on the conversation instead. I got the job, and I truly believe Tracey gave me the confidence to walk into that interview as myself. I’ve trusted Tracey with my dental care for over 10 years, and there is no one else I would trust with my smile. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also kind, compassionate, and has an amazing ability to calm my dental anxiety. She genuinely cares about her patients, and it shows in everything she does. What she gave me is so much more than a beautiful smile. She gave me back my confidence, my self-esteem, and a part of my life that I thought was gone forever. Thank you, Tracey. I’ll never be able to thank you enough for changing my life.

I had a bad experience at comfort dental in Springfield so was hesitant to go to Hilliard but so glad I did. Both my daughter & myself had an amazing visit. Not many places take my insurance but they did, was nice, clean & Im so happy to have found them. This is our dentist from here on out.

My son has been going here since his first dental exam. He has a lot of medical anxiety. Dr Sharma and her dental assistants do so much to make him comfortable. Love her and her crew.

I had an excellent experience at this office. Dr Bowman did my fillings. He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a patient. That level of compassion is rare and greatly appreciated. The hygienist who did my cleaning was amazing as well—friendly, thorough, and gentle. She made me feel at ease and did a fantastic job. Everyone in the office was welcoming, and the care I received exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental team that is both skilled and truly caring.

When I walked in I met Stacey first, the receptionist. Very sweet, knows her job well, great smile!!! Then I was escorted to my room where I met Chelsea.... Also very sweet, knows her job well and I was literally in and out of this appointment in 10 minutes. I work for a doctor's office and I know the importance of wanting everything to run as smoothly as possible for the patient..... WINNER!! 10 stars.....thx team!! Great office EVERY VISIT!!

First time visiting. My experience was overall great! I got emotional after seeing my x-rays, and hearing what needed done. The dental assistant was so sweet and encouraging and hugged me. Having an empathetic staff makes such a difference and I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience.

always nice and friendly here! sabba greeted and seated me and made me feel comfortable. i see dr. sherman (sorry if im spelling that wrong) but she’s always so sweet & i trust her with my teeth. I had the pleasure of meeting Mya today & I wanna give a big shout out to her. i want to request her from now on because not only was she sweet, but she was very gentle with my mouth. you can tell she actually puts the time into making sure you’re happy with what she’s doing and she did an amazing job! i’ve always had good experiences here 🫶🏼
