EXCELLENT. Dr. Kyatt took care of my bite problem in one quick visit. I've been trying to get the issue resolved for 3.5 years and multiple dentists. I'm staying with Dr. Kyatt for the future.

I recently visited the dental office for a scheduled cleaning and filling. My understanding was that the cleaning would be covered with only a copay. However, the nurses did not inform me beforehand that the cleaning would be more in-depth or that it would result in additional charges. I believe it is important for patients to be clearly informed of any changes in treatment and associated costs before services are provided, after x-rays, examinations, etc. There was also some confusion during my visit regarding the sequence of my treatment. The nurse who was scheduled to complete my filling was waiting in another room, while another nurse was cleaning my teeth. When she came in and asked about my appointment, I assumed she would proceed with the filling next. However, the nurse performing the cleaning stated that the filling would be done at a later visit. And she never mentioned that to the other nurse or me. This lack of communication between the nurses, as well as with me, created confusion and could have been clarified earlier. At checkout, the nurses were discussing details of the procedure and charges that had not been communicated to me beforehand. I was then charged twice copay amount higher than expected without prior explanation. When I asked one of the nurses for clarification in the lobby, her demeanor came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming, which was unexpected. Clear communication, professionalism, and transparency are essential in the healthcare system, and I believe this experience highlights areas that need improvement.

I love the staff and it’s always a pleasure being there. I would highly recommend Dr. Kyatt and Kim to anyone!

The staff here is very friendly and informative. I highly recommend this location for all your dental needs. I've had a few emergencies and they were able to fit me in to the busy schedule.

First of all, I drive 1hour and 20 minutes to get to this office. That should tell you everything you need to know, but if not, they are great. So nice, professional, and give great service! Dr Kyatt was at a local office when I first met him, but since he no longer practices there, I have no problem driving to see him!
