They have a very professional, caring staff. Family friendly environment. They are always accommodating. If an issue happens before your next visit, they do their very best to get you in. Would highly recommend this office to anyone. For 20+ years, they have been taking care of our family. We have never had a bad experience. Thank you for such great service.

They were very clear about what I needed done and willing to get me prices that my insurance would cover and that I would be responsible for. The procedure was not nearly as painful as I expected and they were very good at explaining to me what they were doing as they went along and answered any questions I might have had. I came in for a second opinion! I have been a client at another facility in Hot Springs that made me feel like a charity case due the type of insurance I have! I felt like a cow at a cattle auction and rushed through and sent on my way with no real Personal Care or Concern for me! I can tell you that from just entering the door at Hot Springs Dental Group I was impressed!! Clean, smelt of fresh flowers and was greeted with the biggest smiles and upmost of respect!! Didn’t wait long and was called back to have my X-rays and general exam! Dr Matone came in and Shook my hand introduced himself! After a very thorough examination and a conversation of what I was wanting for my end result! We reached a mutual consensus and formed a gang plan! Impressions were taken so I don’t have to make an additional trip as I live 45 mins away! My next visit all my upper teeth will be extracted and then my upper denture will be placed, hence the earlier impressions. So far Very pleased and we’re just getting started!! A+++ Facility! Get ready to see a lot of Smiles from Staff and Clients Alike!
