Just WOW! I called this office late evening today with a unique question that they had to call me back about, and Dr. Gupta, who was in between patients, made sure her staff (Diane – so sweet!) got back to me with an answer within 15 minutes, where they then took me in for a same-day appointment an hour before they closed to ensure my urgent matter was taken care of. At my appointment, Dr. Gupta was patient, kind, and addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and thoughtfully. I had just met her for the first time but felt like I’ve known her for years.
