Cannot recommend more. We had our first grade daughter in there and the entire team's demeanor and bedside manner was incredible. Dr Sorenson got down on his knees to be at my daughter's level and explained how everything would go and coached her threw the entire procedure as it happened. What an amazing team!

My experience was filled with dishonesty. A few years ago my daughter chipped her front tooth so we made an appointment with sorenson dental. Everything went smoothly. They filled in the chip of the tooth and everything seems good. About 6 weeks later the filling fell out so I called them back and they were like "bring her in and we will refill it" I'm thinking "great, they will fix their mistake, no worries. " So I brought her back and they fixed the mistake. Again, I thought everything was all good. Two weeks later the filling popped out yet AGAIN! So I called again and they said to bring her back in. So I did. And they fixed it. Can you guess what happened in less than a week? Yep. So this time I am pretty annoyed. About another week after that I received a bill for all three filling replacements. Ummmmm what? So my fiance recommended a place out in Plymouth called Northwoods dental. We made an appointment and went in. When the dentist came in he took a look at the tooth and told me that these kinds of chips are incredibly hard to repair as the filling almost always comes out. I told him about my experience with sorenson and then asked him if the dentist should have disclosed this information to us before the first procedure and he said ABSOLUTELY they should have told you this. So he then grinded the chip down so the chip was pretty much not noticeable and my daughter was happy and they did it all for FREE!!! needless to say Northwoods dental is my new dentist. And sorenson will not be getting a penny from me. Tempted to call the ag on them.

Sorenson Dental is, without a doubt, the best dental clinic I’ve ever visited. Every company should strive to be as hospitable and professional as they are. From the very first phone call to schedule my appointment, the front desk staff were patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They asked the right questions and clearly explained everything. Compared to other clinics I called, Sorenson provided all the key details up front and were open to any questions. My dentist was exceptionally kind and thorough. She explained each step as she worked and even let me hold the suction tool, which allowed me to go at my own pace. Her precision during the cleaning was incredible—I experienced zero discomfort, which is a first for me. Their technology and tools are impressively up to date, making the whole visit smoother and more comfortable. I was also impressed by their attention to hygiene. At one point another staff member entered the room to help with software, and she immediately said she needed to wash her hands first. That simple action spoke volumes about their commitment to cleanliness and patient safety. Dr. Sorenson himself is professional, clear, and concise. He took time to explain the past, present, and future of my dental health in a way that was easy to understand. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in their work—and it shows. When employees are proud of what they do, patients can feel it. Sorenson Dental truly sets the standard for exceptional care! Patients love to come here because I can tell the workers love to work here!

I am so glad I found this gem of a place. I have been here for regular cleanings last 1.5 years, a dental implant, root canal and a bridge. Every one of those visits have been excellent in terms of their fixes made to my teeth as well as their service. I recently moved out of Hugo but flew in this week to get my root canal done and after the experience I was convinced I did the right thing by flying in here and not finding a different local dentist in my new city. Dr.Sorenson is by far the friendliest and most patient dentist I have ever been to.

Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Sorenson and team have made it as painless and comfortable as I've ever experienced. The quality of care has always been fantastic, and I always have a clear understanding of what's happening or what to watch for. I've never left with my mouth feeling more uncomfortable than it should, either. For example, replacing one of my fillings didn't completely ruin my day. Overall, I've been going to Sorenson Dental for about 5 years now, and won't stop for as long as I live in the area. Strongly recommend.
