Staff members were friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and efficient. They made me feel comfortable, I typically have a lot of anxiety at doctors and dentist appointments.
Amazing services attended me fast and helped make the appointment, payments available aswell. I was stunned how a process of a week or 2 was done in just one day. Recommend.
Appointment was smooth and quick, hygienist was very nice and very professional. I was frustrated at the wait time between my cleaning and seeing the doctor (nearly 45 minutes) but I understand things happen out of their and my control. Overall, very happy with it! Definitely recommend.
Dr. Baker is amazing! I’ve been going to this location for more than 30 years. You walk in and it’s just the way it was in the 80’s. Nothing has changed and the service remains impeccable. I recommend this location for a non-chain and personable experience the way doctor offices used to be.
I just had all my teeth pulled here today. I have PTSD from some really bad things that have happened to me over the years at dentists. Needless to say going in this morning I was in a fully panick attack before they even touched me. The whole time the nurses Brooke & America were reassuring me helping me to breath deep and calm down and when Dr Flippen came in I started shaking. He was very calm and patient from the beginning. He took his time explaining everything he was doing and didn't push me. The whole procedure took about 2 hours. When I was finished up the entire office was reassuring me and dr flipped even pushed me out to my car and helped me in...... He even buckled my seatbelt. I have feared the dentist most of my life and I have had full on nightmares about this exact day more times than I can count..... I have never been so happy with dental work in my life. I would like to Thank All Of You At Victory Smiles In Huntsville for taking what was my nightmare and making it the best visit I have had at a dentist office it means more to me than yall will ever know.
