Hutto Premier Dentistry

This is the first time I’ve been to the dentist in years. I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but my hygienist, Paige, made me feel comfortable. She talked me through the whole process and kept conversations going as she was doing my x-rays and cleaning. All of the staff made me feel welcomed and everyone seemed very genuine. I’m so happy I chose Hutto Premier Dentistry. Please consider booking your appointment here, as you won’t be disappointed! I booked my next appointment and I didn’t have any anxiety about it at all. I know that I’m in good hands as Hutto Premier Dentistry.

Me and my daughter were very disappointed in their shady billing practices. Paid for the services upfront only to learn afterwards that now, there were balances for both of us. I paid almost $1800.00 for my daughters work up front and still AFTER the fact they say there is a balance of almost 800. I have no idea how that is even possible for the work that was done. For myself, they didn't tell me at all that my insurance was not in network until they called to tell me I had a balance of 281.00. Very frustrating. Hutto Premier Dental, your response is exactly what I would expect. Condescending and trying to bill shame me. I would concede your argument explains plenty and sure could make it seem like there is nothing wrong except that somehow someone who never walked into your office or signed any such paperwork (a 3rd party apart from either myself or my daughter) somehow got sent a collections letter for the balance. I will be going by the office to discuss with the letter but I wanted to make sure people knew billing and balances would not be simple and from what I could see look almost like a bait and switch. I am so glad I came to Hutto Premier Dentistry. My Hygienist, Hope, was so gentle and very friendly and really put me at ease. Dr. McEntire is my dentist and he is very nice and easy to talk to. I can't wait to go back!

Been a patient here 17 years. Dr. Merrick and Tammy are hands down the best. Tammy is an AWESOME hygienist. I am a big fan that Dr. Merrick is extremely professional and doesn't jump into dental work. A number of times through questions and observation she will say. "Let's watch this." I highly recommend Hutto Premier Dentistry.

This was my first time in the office. Great experience! The hygienist and dentist were both very friendly. No billing surprises. Which is great because the last local office I tried just 2 months ago quoted me HUNDREDS of dollars of work they claimed I needed. Glad I found a new home here!!
